You go up there and they have not one single manager on duty nobody speaks English and they got some little girl there that works through probably isn't even an official employee for T-Mobile itself or Metro PCS and speaks ZERO english.. a bunch of clowns for employees

Updating my 5-star review and giving 1 star instead since I was lied to and robbed. Owner or manager named Riz promised us we would get a great deal on the phone service because we qualified for the Affordable Connectivity Plan and that he would take care of everything for me. I was promised a $30 phone bill once my first bill was available to view.. let’s just say it’s been 7 months and I am STILL paying $60/month after SEVERAL hours spent on the phone with Metro PCS customer service who were also completely useless and clueless and would promise me my next bill would be the correct price and each month, nothing changed! They are scam artists and liars and I wouldn’t be surprised if they are trained to lie to their customers. For future reference, if you are told you qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Program you will need to call a 1-800 # to prove that you qualify, “wait 3 billing cycles before the discount kicks in” (which turned into 6) and do everything yourself spending HOURS on the phone with their customer service line. Absolutely ridiculous and misleading! Riz (I’m assuming the owner or manager) promised us he would take care of it all and we needed to do nothing and that was far from the truth. I was completely fooled by his charming bs, removing the 5-star review I originally left for him the day we purchased the service and we’re completely lied to. Completely misleading liar! I switched to Verizon’s Visible plan, $30/month, unlimited everything + hotspot. No games, no lies, no bs and can bring your own phone and set up yourself in 10 minutes, easy and simply no lies or games played.Thanks Riz for blatantly lying to me just to get a sale and costing me tons of money that I didn’t have! Screw Metro PSC!

0 :( i came in because i got hacked and all i needed was help instead he "upgraded" my phone from 5g to 4g 60$ phone at $160.00! DOWN GRADED! I couldn't work last night or today. Refuses to refund... :( Don't buy here!

Riz was incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure to get us the best deals possible, with the most positive attitude. He was working alone and somehow managed to help everyone who walked in the door, multitasking without showing any sign of being overwhelmed whatsoever. After observing him all help other customers, he spoke 3 different languages in the time I was there. I’ve worked in retail management for years and I can honestly say he is the closest person to the perfect employee you can possibly find!Thanks Riz!

My family and I were assisted by Briana & Omar! These two incredible representatives made our upgrades exciting and smooth. Their customer service was enjoyable and impeccable. They both did a wonder job upgrading 4 phones. They explained our individual offers and walked us through each phones upgrade. They answered all questions and did not make us feel like any of our questions were d*** questions. This location is very clean. All employees were respectful, welcoming and their professionalism was unmatched. Thankful that our FIRST ever experience was a positive and memorable one. We will not go to any other location but this one. Thank you T-Mobile for your exceptional employees- they are truly a wonderful representation of what this company is. The Jones family is thankful and recommended anyone and everyone to experience this store!!

Someone stole my sisters phone and I was tired of hearing her complain about it. Long story short I walked in annoyed and walked out happy because I ended up buying a new phone for her. I was so impressed at the level of professionalism provided by the manager (didn't catch his name) and Joshua. They both made mine but mostly my sisters day. Thank you both so much. My friend also went in and was helped by Joshua and had a great experience with him...same time,same day as me. Thanks again guys. I appreciate it! *****

Really bad customer service people inside will trick you they are not honest people get away from that store the st the worst telephone company you cannot get connection if you pass Castle pine it's not for people driving uber or left or taxis trust me go to cricket or Verizon

I desperately needed a new phone. I was lucky enough to have Daniel help me with the selection and data transfer. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and provided absolutely impeccable customer service. This will definitely be my new Metro store. Kudos on this exceptional team member!!!
