If only 0 stars were an option… Don’t take your car here unless you want to be scammed. Went in to have my brakes fixed & asked them to check my shocks/stuts because the car was seemingly swaying a little weird. Get told 2 of the shocks/stuts are blown, and get an estimate for a fee thousand to fix them along with the brakes. I Tell them to do the work, they call me hours later to say some other parts “are a little rustier than we thought” and that they cant replace the shocks/struts without also replacing these other parts. Now it’s actually going to be double the price of the estimate they gave me to do the work. This seemed fishy, so i tell Midas not to do any work, and that i’d be taking my car somewhere else.
Take my car to two local repair shops, & get told by both the shocks and struts are fine. No cracks, damage or leaks, and the only thing they can find that needs replacing are my brakes.
Taking my car away from Midas saved me from spending thousands on unnecessary “repairs”
Dont take your car here, or any other Midas.

I popped a tire on the way to my office on Friday and was able to get my car over to the Midas close by. Andrew was very helpful on the phone and when I came in. I'm really impressed with the text I received with the inspection along with photos. The sensor for my car didn't come in on Friday (which was not their fault) I brought my car over late afternoon. The guys in the front Jacob and John were amazing as well. Super friendly and I felt like they didn't try and up charge me for stuff. Just all around a great experience. Also their tires come with a warranty already included in price. Definitely recommend!

I took my car on a whim to Midas a few years back and keep going because of the excellent customer service! Every time I call, their entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Today I worked with Jacob and he was able to clearly and articulately answer each one of my questions and to come up with a solution. 10 out of 10. I will keep coming back! Thank you Jacob!
