Waited three months for my screen door repair. Called multiple times to get the same answer.We will call you back. Never Happened! They didn't charge me. They also didn't fix it. Will never spend another dollar there.

Normally, I love this place. Friendly employees, great items, and plenty of deals. However, today was not a very good visit. The cashier charged us $20ish dollars for jist one Cow Tail candy. As we were trying to fix it, she seemed more confused and just seemed out of it. She even asked me twice for my phone number. I am hoping that I have more positive experiences in the future and will hope this one visit was just a simple bad day.

Very friendly, and helpful associates. Also, affordable knife sharpening, yay!!I first called and spoke with Virginia who got me the answers that I needed. Then Liam helped with the sharpening as well as directing me to the other items that I needed.

I needed keys for my car the dealership wanted $850! For a key! I walked out and went to ACE not only did I get a new key they fixed the old one that no longer worked they did the programming and everything it was so quick it took 9 mins and was under $100 probably the best experience I've had in a store for a long time

Came in to find some winter weatherproof gloves. Though I ended up finding them myself, the associate helping me was very nice and took her time to check the inventory and even offered to order some gloves if I didn't find what I needed in store. Helpful and friendly service is always appreciated.

As you can read below I did not have a good experience with this store that's why I gave it 1 start to begin with. I felt it necessary to give it five stars because the manager Justin felt so bad about my journey that he made everything right. He personally took care of my key He also gave me a wonderful gift certificate. This says a lot for that location not only the manager but the establishment. I would encourage anyone in the area to choose this Ace hardware over the others.. thank you Justin and Mile High Ace Hardware. By the way did I mention they have the most delicious popcorn.I needed an extra ignition key for my 2015 Chevrolet City Express. It was $200 and I had to prepay. I was told it would take approximately 2 weeks. At the end of two weeks I called the key department they told me the order just went out that day, he said to give it another one or two weeks. After five weeks I called because I didn't hear anything and the person at the key counter put me on hold for about 20 minutes. He came back and told me he called the company and told me he would call me the following week and keep me. He refunded me 20%. I did not hear from him for two weeks. I called again and asked for the name of the district manager and the phone number and was told that the manager happened to be in that day his name was Justin. He took my number and said he would call me right back. Apparently the key was hanging back there for a week and nobody bothered to call me. The moral of the story is it took almost 2 months. When the young man that I had an appointment with to program the key showed me the key it had all the bells and whistles on it and I told them when I went in and paid for the key that Mikey was playing it didn't do anyting. I'm sure I got charged a lot more and what he told me was well that's all they have yet nobody mentioned that when I ordered the key. What a horrible experience. I could not make this stuff up so be your own judge if you go there.

I took a screen in to be rescreened and after about 3 weeks I called back to see if it was done. I got Joey on the phone he said he could check it out, turns out he's a manager and my screen hadn't ever gone out for repair he got it fixed the same day and didn't charge me anything. Now that's customer service!!!! Thank you so much ❤ Joey. You're quite a treasure. Appreciate it very much.

Just wanted to commend Kevin for the excellent service I received, I told him I felt like it was Christmas morning with all the help he provided. Ace is the place to get knowledgable advice, and when you get the added courtesy it sure makes the shopping experience memorable. I would also like to thank Janie for her friendly help at the register. I am visiting from Texas and must admit our Ace stores back home could learn a lesson in customer service from the workers at Ace Hardware Mile High.

In the past I would rated them five stars. Their associates on the sales floor are extremely helpful, and for the most part, very knowledgeable. Due to their Service Department, I now give them three stars at best. It took them six and a half weeks to sharpen and tune-up a chainsaw which I still haven't been able to get to start up.I've been coming to this location 15+ years having a positive shopping experience. In all fairness, this is the first time I've used the Service Department, and most likely the last time.UPDATE:Dave, the tech who serviced my chainsaw, called me and educated me on how the chock worked. I followed his instructions and it started right up after using the chock properly.. thank you Dave. I'll rate them a 4 now for how he addressed my concerns. But still 6.5 weeks to sharpen and tune up a chainsaw isn't acceptable. If the store manager doesn't have the authority to hire another service technician to help out then this issue should be elevated to the 'Powers-To-Be'.After all this, I'll still remain a loyal customer to this location.

Didn't have 2 out of the 3 basic landscaping tools I needed for a project. Other than the lacking inventory great store. On g tho how tf is it a store if they don't even have any of the items they should in stock and ready to sell. I get this is a common retail issue but come on.

Went to get a new key fob & very happy with my experience. They guy doing my key was very knowledgeable & helpful. Saved me over 200$ verses going to the car dealer. My go to Ace.

In all honesty l was very very disappointed, and cannot recommend this store, l found a product l wanted and it said avail 2.8 miles from your home price was $8.89 when l got to the store price was 15.99, the lady would not bother checking with anybody to see if it was marked wrong. I will check elsewhere next time.

Good store with a lot of great items and a few helpful employees. I wouldn't suggest the services & repairs department. It would have been nice to nice to have the option to set up an appointment or get some sort of solution instead of the "we can't do that today" response for a service request advertised on the website. Won't be back.

placed an order online - someone at the store hit the wrong button and cancelled my order. I called over to see why my order was cancelled and Robert, who may need additional customer service training basically said oops, you will have to re-order again with out a care. who has time to fix Ace Hardware's mistakes while trying to purchase from them. I would not order from this store but it is the closest to the business.
