Service guy was visibly frustrated that I only wanted an inspection for Maintenance Minder B12 (inspection was not free, mind you; I was quoted $60). I had already changed the oil & filter as well as cabin & engine filters, and I explained that to him. His response (in a haughty tone): “So, what is it that you want?” That definitely pissed me off. I had made myself very clear: I want an inspection.Previously, same guy tried to sell me on a transmission fluid change after I already had one a year prior (ie, after about 15,000 miles). When I told him I swear I had one recently, he began speeding thru invoices on his screen and said “yeah, I don’t see one.” When I told him to go back a couple of times, sure enough there it was!I’m not naming the employee as I don’t want to bias customers. That being said, just know it’s a fine line between engaging a customer with questions versus making them feel interrogated. This guy was hostile any way you look at it. I used to work with this young dude named Kyle whom I haven’t seen in a while—he was great to work with.After 5 years of getting service with y’all, I won’t be coming back.

As I started working with new manager steve, this gentleman understood my problem and working hard to find and fix the issues with my car, thank you steve for understanding the customer’s concerns and issues with vehicle and try resolving it.

Review for Service on 2004 RL with 175k miles. Did a diagnostic evaluation for ski trip in Utah next week. Dashboard lights were on. Drained and changed brake fluids. $160.00 Ask for Steve O on the phone for quality Acura service matching the quality of an Acura car. Request Jay S for your Acura certificated mechanic. Received a text from Steve O with diagnostic numbers tires and brakes plus 20 other parameters. Cars are a complicated tool with integrated mechanical, chemical and electrical/electronic systems. Had to let a manual transmission Acura Legend with 400k miles go to car heaven 2 years ago. Treat your vehicles and your body with respect they'll give faithful service for many years.

The sales part of the transaction was smooth, as anticipated. I purchased a used vehicle, a few weeks after my purchase I noticed a clunking noise, I took it to a local mechanic and they said the struts need to be replaced. The struts are not included in the warranty I purchased (about 1k with parts and labor). It's a little frustrating that I'm having to deal with this issue after only a couple of months of having purchased it. There were a few other things some that I noticed and some that I didn't. I think it's unethical to sell cars without fully making the customer aware of damages/repairs, even if it is being sold "as is".

I was there today for a service on my vehicle they told me 2 hrs wait for oil change an a tire rotation 1-1/2 hour later my car was not even move from the spot that it was park another vehicle that arrive 10 minutes after mine was move ahead of mine no reason thanks mile high i will give my business to other places

I can’t say enough good things about Alex and my experience. I was very unsure and hesitant with what I wanted and what my budget would allow. But he took the time to go through options with me , and I ended up going home with the first car I test drove . I was there for less than two hours . They made it super easy and an all around smooth transaction. No hassle or pressure , just all around good service . I’d recommend this spot to anyone . Thank you guys !
