I can't say enough good things about Mile High Medical Services. I needed blood work done for an upcoming doctor's appointment, but it's a big chunk out of my work day to go to the lab and I'm avoiding COVID-19 exposure as much as possible. Their nurse came to my home (twice now), drew my blood on the couch, and it took maybe 15 minutes. It costs $45 to have them come out, but it's well worth it to me, considering the hassle of going to the lab and the time lost from work. The nurses are warm and kind, highly skilled and efficient, and they didn't have a problem with my uncooperative veins. I hope they're around for a long time!

Had my labs collected this a.m. by Mile High Medical Services at the suggestion of my nephrologist. It was great! Had my blood drawn on the couch, took just a few min out of my day, and only $45. The phlebotomist got a vein on the first stick (unusual for me). I'm going to contact them for all my labs in the future as I hate waiting at the lab. Highly recommended!

This company has the best blood draw technician in town, who also happens to be the owner. You won't even know you are getting your blood drawn, it is painless and quick. She is so sweet, quick and efficient. This is the place to go!

Great staff! Quick blood draws!! You must call for appointment ahead of time. Reported website issues when on site.

The staff is very kind and professional and the phlebotomist is gentle! They will draw blood for speciality kits which is very helpful. Also, you can arrange for a phlebotomist come to your home or office. In any case, do set up an appointment in advance.

No posted lunch hours listed in Google or in the company voicemail. I showed up for a blood draw and the door was locked with the lights off (noticeable by a gap under the door). There was nothing listed on the door to indicate that someone had stepped away and/or their estimated return time. I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes (12:50pm to 1:30pm) before giving up.

The staff are friendly and professional. You need to set up an appointment for their services. On select days of the week, their phlebotomists can come to your location.

What the previous reviewer didn't realize is that you have to schedule an appointment for this lab. You can't just "show up". My doctor had told me that, so I've always called, set up a time, and they have been wonderful. I struggle with blood draws sometimes and these two women are calm and very professional. Because of the way they schedule you, I never feel rushed and am the only person they have to take care of when I'm there.

If there was the ability to give zero stars I would. You want reliable--DON'T USE THIS LAB. They post business hours on website and phone voicemail and then I show up and there doors are locked! I could hear people talking in the office but they wouldn't even open the door. So unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere if you have a choice.
