After being a two pack a day smoker and needing to find a cheaper way this business really helped out my hubby and I and even gave us a discount! Answered all our questions was very knowledgeable and instead of trying to get us to buy the most expensive ones he guided us to a easier to function one to start with. This I highly recommend to everyone. The customer service is superior the man that works there daily is a very good helpful and very kind hearted. He has amazing customer service skills and always is willing to give good deals and recommendations for everything in the store.

After a few years of going there my husband went in to exchange some novo 2 pods that were defective and giving off a burned flavor after adding brand new juice and letting the new juice sit in the pod to absorb in the cotton. He was met with a bad additude 2/3 new pods in a pack were defective we exchanged the 3 rd pod plus another full package. This isn't the first time that happened with those same novo 2 pods I've had a whole brand new pack of where all the 3 in a pack give off a burned flavor but decided this time to exchange them instead of eat the cost. The guy told him it was user error, it definitely was not. after years of using this device pretty sure we know how to use it. Could've done without additude we have collectively spent A LOT of money in this store on devices, ie: mod boxes, disposables, juice pods and, even glass accessories over the last couple years and this was once our go to spot but we will not be giving them any more money. Time to find a new shop.
