Update: it's been a month with the new screen and I need to replace my entire phone. It's constantly overheating to the point of actually burning my hands. I can't take phone calls because the screen is so sensitive it's constantly muting, putting the call on speaker or switching to the number screen and pressing all the numbers. My phone was fine before and now I literally can't play Spotify and use apple maps at the same time because the entire phone overheats and shuts down. I was really rooting for this place because the employees were great and now i'm just kind of disappointed and bummed my phone came back more broken than when I brought it in. This place was great! My phone screen was absolutely shattered with glass pieces falling out. It took them less than an hour to have my phone looking fresh and better than new. Great price, friendly service, and located right above some really delicious food options if you want to wait.

This is the phone that they said wouldn't take a charge, here it is in fact, taking a charge, I even have the photo with the back 'S' symbol lit up with the 2 red status LEDs . How could the people at this store be so incompetent they can't even charge a phone? I gave them about 10 days to do their job, and we even confirmed the phone would take a charge before I left it with them . .

They fixed my broken phone and was right on time. They gave me a date it would be ready and just like they said it was ready and works great. I will be back if I need there service. I would recommend to my friends and family and anyone who asked me. They are great at what they do including customer service.

What a great experience, Evan was wonderful! My One Plus phone was frozen and he fixed everything free of charge. Even had us wait a little bit to make sure everything was going to be okay for the duration. I will go back for anything cell phone related from now on.
