I was discriminated against today at this Walmart. There was an issue at checkout the old hag in front of us. had a shopping cart full of groceries and me and the gentleman in front of me. Waited patiently literally for about 10 minutes. I decided well maybe I'll just go to another register, but the next register didn't even have his cashier there, so I went back to the other line. The cashier that was working there with the old hag really wasn't helping her bag her groceries. I decided to try and help her with her groceries and I asked her if she needed help and she said sure that she wasn't going to turn down help I picked up the pickle jar. And put it in a grocery bag for her and she said no no you're going to smash my chips and I was like OK well maybe I'll just let you guys do it. I went back and stood in line waited patiently some more And finally It look like she was trying to hide groceries and the cashier kept pointing out groceries that she was hiding under grocery bags so once again, more groceries to check out, so finally I was like can y'all please hurry up I need to pick up my kid. She yelled something at me some profanity so I yelled at her back. She was able to buy her groceries, but I got kicked out. This decision was made by the general managerTroy. Apparently she was allowed to buy her groceries and I was told to leave without being able to buy my groceries. I'm a regular customer in which I spent over $200 at the specific Walmart every 3 to 4 days but that is going to stop today. I guess the general manager sent his little pipsqueak to tell me to leave I tried explaining it to him and he said that's not what it looks like on the camera. But if they were good at their job, they would look at the camera and see that the cashier wasn't even at the register, and the other Walmart employee that supposed to be escorting people to the lines isn't doing their job therefore there's confusion and lotta lines . Also only about 1/3 of your registers are open. If you ask me it's poor managing the managers dropping the ball. If it was me I would jump in take charge start directing better so there's not this traffic jam at check out. I will no longer be spending my money at this Walmart. I will go to King Soopers from now on. Walmart used to be a place that me and my family used to enjoy to go to and spend our money. But it's only become a headache hard-working people like myself have to work hard all day and then wait in line forever for people that are incompetent.

I have to agree, this Walmart is under extremely poor management and maintenance. Many workers speak no English so finding help is difficult. Basic items are locked up due to theft. Shelves and aisles need to improved cleanliness and organization. This entire area has become unsafe with an influx of homeless. Its not safe to be out after dark, even the day is questionable. It's sad because it used to be a nice area years ago. They meed to come together as a community to put pride back into the area. No one has any pride to do a good job. Do not expect the same fresh items you'd find at a standard Walmart Superstore. Truly sad. Definitely needs better Management and upgrading employee performance standards. Good management makes or breaks any business! This ones going down the tubes.

Shelves always seem to be a mess and items on the website with a location listed I have found to be somewhat inaccurate. It seems to be your average Walmart experience though.

Got here at 7:50 for grocery pickup, it's now 9:30, haven't seen anyone come out, phones are down, went in and she said she'll get my order out. We'll see, I'm gonna cancel my Walmart + membership

Came here to get some Tums and something to drink and I was able to somewhat successfully complete that mission. I couldn't find the Tums that I like in a small size so I got another kind that came in a smaller container. I used self checkout so didn't have to interact with any humans. The place was packed but the shelves looked stocked and the parts of the store I saw were fairly clean. It's a Walmart, not the Ritz Carlton, and it was fine for being a Walmart.

Worst pickup ever I have been here An hour waiting for 12 items this is unacceptable if I could I would cancel it and go on the store and back home by now I hate pickup never doing this again

Nasty Walmart. Fitting room was completely trashed. Gross brown mystery liquid on bench. When asked to use a different dressing room, the girl left to get the keys and never came back. Tons of people working the check out area and every kiosk to use is nasty. Dirty store from back to front. Take the extra time driving out to another location. Trust me, you didn't want a picture of the inside of this location.

I placed an order and that had to be replaced which is fine. Then it states your driver is in the way with your order about 15 minutes later I have nothing I purchased and have been charged $180! When it said contact driver he hung up on me. 1000000000000% THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER

Just came to get four box fans to help dry some paint, figured they'd be the cheapest here, decently priced at $18.00 a piece..but of course theres no price tag on them, have to hunt someone down to scan it for ya. No longer have the scanner devices on pole, Walmart wants you to down load their app, give your email, make a user name and passcode so you can scan you own items on the app. Wandered around a bit, sheets under lock and key, twine for the garden located among an aisle full of lightbulbs at the very bottom, was completely out of place. Perfume, batteries also locked up. ¢50 for a moldy corn, had to take the husks of 6 to find one good one, gave up. Friend saw a window A/C unit on sale for $148, it rang up $178 he had to take a long walk to a picture , holding us the long line and prove the price, but then you have to walk over to aisle 11 to have the security tag taken off, that was a 10 mins wait. Every single thing here is hassle. Ghetto to the max.

This is for the Auto care center. I wish I could leave 0 stars but it's truly ridiculous how long it takes them to get tasks done. I've done either an oil change or get a couple new tires replaced a few times here now. I was here last month to get an oil change and with one person in front of me. Took 3 hours to get done. In here again a few weeks ago to get 2 tires unmounted and mounted with the new tires I brought in.I made sure I was the first in line and arrived right at 7am. I didn't leave until 930am. I'm not the type to be rude while someone has my car so I didn't say anything at the moment but while looking into the shop through their waiting room window, you can see 3 employees just laughing, texting and drinking Dutch bros. From a customer view point you would make probably way more money if you put a little pep in your step and got cars in and out. Almost 3 hours to change 2 tires is just absolutely ridiculous. Never coming back here again. 0/5 stars! Don't complain about your pay if you're not even working for your current one ;)

Hello I am legally blind and using voice to text to communicate this comma so I hope it translates well since I have no one around to proofread period I have had a hard time finding my way around in walk wart because the people in charge would not assist me in finding my groceries period when I walked in there Saturday morning I could not have been more excited to get new groceries and since Lays came out with a new chip flavor I have been clamoring to get it period when I asked if I could have some assistance moving around comma your manager comma Joe comma was saying that there are no more assistants available comma and there are no okay erase that last sentence now go back and start from the beginning of wait no the end of when I was talking about the chip flavor okay so I was all excited to get this new chip flavor and so I asked manager Joe if he could get it for me period he declined and said that there are no more helpers available but if I could wait then there could be someone to help me find them period I sat there for like wait go back he said something else what did he say oh yeah he was like oh yeah wait go back the part where he is saying that he is going to get someone to find them for me so I am waiting there for three hours and no one came to help me which waisted my whole day period I guess rant over period.

I usually don't review stores, esp a Walmart but this place is something else. I wouldn't wish anyone have to experience this purgatory. The place is a hot mess... my interactions with workers have been awful and unhelpful/borderline rude so there hasn't been anything redeeming about this place. Go a little farther to another department store in Northfield, it'll be so much better!

Consistently will delay pickup orders or just not bring them to your car for very long periods of time I've had it take over an hour before when they said it was ready. Does not answer the phone or take any responsibility for thier mistakes. Would like to be contacted by regional support as this store does not meet basic functions that are needed for an even semi reliable experience. Waste of my time trying to use them for pickup. Have not have this issue with any other Walmarts that I have used the function in.

I needed an oil change and Jeff in the auto department was super accommodating. They were able to get me in super fast but it did take a while to get out of there. Great customer service Great price.
