New customer here at this location , I was not very satisfied with the performance and or the attention to detail or attention to customer at this location. I felt like the customer service wasnt as proper as other locations I have been before .I was helped by telller qL9 and total transaction time was about 40 mins when at other locating a I have been help and dismissed within the first 10 min , manager Brittania was a bit aggressive /tense when communicating with me about this review for my yelp/mystery shoppers , overall I'll rate this place a solid 2 stars , will be returning in a month for a payment / to see if the sevice has improved over that time

please don't waste your time. I'm a hospice nurse all I wanted to do is get in and get out because it was convenient, because of the whole coronavirus pandemic, I Didn't want to bother with going downtown to my bank, I was racially profiled and ask questions on why I waited to cash my stimulus check. The check clearly says you have a whole year to cash it so since they couldn't help me I asked for my check back and any copies that they might have made I took pictures of the address and was told that they were going to call security.

Wait in line FOREVER then get sent out of line for an "application" just to wait in line again!! Its very hot in this building .. This is NOT SPEEDY!!# ALL I WANTED TO DO IS CASH A CHECK AND IT TOOK 45 MINS. on the bright side it gave me enough time to write this review. Never again . i should have gone to walmart

This place told me I was approved for a loan online and that the money would be in my account on Monday. Monday came, no money. I tried to log in to my account that was set up and now it is saying there is no account. I called them on Tuesday and they told me I was denied for business reasons. Well of course it's for business reasons considering the fact that I'm attempting to do business with you. So now they tell me over the phone that I've been denied and when asked why no correspondence and the sudden shut down of my online access, they basically said in so many words that they are not obligated to give me that courtesy. Now I'm wondering they have stolen my identity by having my account info? I think it should be against the law for these companies to require divulgence of your account information prior to approving you for finance. Now I've had to cancel my debit card and bank account just to be safe.

If I could i would give 0 stars to this place. Horrible customer service. Workers eat right in front of you. Take customers not in order of a line. Only 2 windows are open, even though they have around 7. Very very poor customer service orientation. So disappointed.

I love coming to Speedy Cash on Evans, the girls are super friendly and I rarely have to wait in line ....it's nice they are open on Sundays and later than any bank stays open in the evening.
