As a first time customer, I give More Than Vacuum’s my highest review. We walked through at least 6 different models followed by 2 very in-depth demos. Matthew made the experience all around fantastic and I’ll certainly be recommending them to my friends.

Great service! Took my vacuum in because roller wasn’t working and they fixed it and did maintenance on the whole unit. It’s working great, I’m so thankful for the service they provide. Will definitely be using them in the future, they also sell other items, coffee makers, some kitchen equipment, I love the modern vacuum/floor cleaners they have! Also received a warranty which really made me happy!

This is an unethical business. I have espresso machine that cost $300 new. I received this communication from Hazem:"Hey there Roy, we can definitely go though that for you, it’s often that components develop build up from the minerals in water or the grease in beans that can cause them to gradually lose their ability to brew. Luckily we’ve been doing this since 1981 and guarantee our work."After collecting the $95 they required, They waited 6 weeks to tell me that the repairs would total $165 more than the $95 I had already paid them, that is $260 for a $300 machine. I emailed a request to inquire what was done, and received no answer. Verbal requests were the same. In other words, I had two choices: lose my $95 and buy a new $300 machine or pay their predatory bill. They gave me a Yelp $20 discount.NOTE: On the reviews, the positive review receive hardly any "likes." The negative reviews nearly always have multiple "likes."Stay away from this dishonest company.

I was told that a carpet cleaning machine was available to me annually with the purchase of the vacuum. Now they have gone back on their promise. Avoid at all cost.

Really? Who calls their vacuum cleaner salesperson sweet and honest? I had an altogether terrific experience here. I did my homework, knew what I wanted, and I left with a less expensive, high quality product that better suited my needs. I will drive the extra 15-minutes to buy bags here.

So they seemed to do a good job fixing my vacuum but my god did it take a long time. They also sent uninformative computer generated emails that gave no information. How many times do I need to get an email telling me (again) that the status of my repair job hasn’t changed. It literally took 2 months. But in the other hand it works now.

I had to Pay 125$ for them just to look at my lamp that needed a new switch. Then I had to pay for the part ( which was OK) and then for the labor to install the part. Final bill- $200. They were WAY too expensive and I wish I would have looked at Yelp for reviews first.
