Juan and Carlos did an excellent job moving all my furniture. It was quick and efficient with no damages to any items! They disassemble and builded my bed frame and couch making this move so much easier for me. Thanks so much guys!

Next time, tell me about bullshit charges........gonna go to the bank and see what they charge you..it's the Reno NV office. Don't know how you got this........

Ali and his partner, were prompt, professional and courteous. More important than that, they hustled and treated our time as valuable as their own, making a good value even greater. They quite literally never stopped moving until the truck was empty. I'm hoping this is our forever home but if we have to move again, I know exactly who to call! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you are considering using Move4Less for a local move in the Denver area, move on to the next company. Our experience was fairly positive until the end of day one, when the crew chief demanded payment before their work was complete. With only a single mattress, the top to a dining room table, and a half dozen boxes to be put into the truck, he asked me to pay for an additional 50 minutes work. They had spent 3 hours moving items that had already been restaged into the garage loading into the 2 trucks they had. When I examined the charges they were charging for a crew of 6, when the bid had been for a crew of 5. I estimated (having worked with movers professionally) the remaining work would take 15 minutes. I didn’t expect to pay until the load was completed, and then pay based on actual time instead of an over inflated estimate.
When the final items were placed in the 2nd truck, they had slow rolled it enough to cover 20 minutes, which with the 15 minute increments they were charging, still allowed that their charge would be for 15 minutes less than he wanted to charge me to begin with. He was unable to change the charge, so he agreed he would stop the clock 15 minutes earlier when they delivered our goods the next day.
The next day we had contracted for delivery at 10:00AM. A call to their customer service agent at 10:45 informed us that they expected to deliver after 2 nights, not 1. Repeated calls and requests later, they agreed to deliver between Noon and 2PM. Finally at 1:00P they arrived and knocked down our mailbox, breaking the post, as they backed into the driveway. Later I observed 2-3 crew members spending 30 minutes trying to get the mailbox post to stay standing up.
Nearly 3 hours later the crew chief stopped work, demanding payment before he would allow anyone to continue unloading. We still had not reached agreement with customer service on any financial accommodation for the delay in delivery. The crew chief had become belligerent during this delay and even got into a verbal altercation with my adult son. We agreed on a payment that would provide for them to spend about 75 minutes finishing the unloading. I signed for that amount on his phone and they started unloading.
But they wouldn’t unload into the house. The crew chief told his crew to only put things into the garage and let me figure it out afterwards. I repeatedly asked each crew member to put various items into the basement or into the house. All but one refused. They finished after 45 minutes, but my final credit card charge was for over $400 more than what I signed for on his phone! And there was no accommodation for the time spent working on the broken mailbox.
Considering Move4Less? Move on!
