This place used to be very well kept, now it is dirty and run down, no one really there in case of assistance. It is down the street from my home but Id rather go anywhere else

The washers smell like mildew, the smaller dryers take forever to dry your clothes. The baskets on wheels are all broken and don’t roll. The last few months the heat wasn’t even on. Sat in my car while clothes were washing because it was too cold inside.

Half the machines are broken. They don't respond to text for restroom code. Doesn't look like anyone takes care of the place.
