Oz is the man! He made the process so PAINLESS! He also took great care of me after the van inspection their mechanics did, as they discovered a fix that needed to happen. Oz is having it fixed. I feel like some places would have just let it slide and sucks to be me, later, when it breaks. But Mr. Roberts Auto Sales, and Oz, wanted to make sure it was in tip top shape before it changes hands. They also seem to have a quality inventory, and I had several options that were in my price range.
Thanks Oz! Thanks Mr. Roberts Auto sales! You get a well deserved 5 stars from me.
Edit for follow up: I was really pleased with the way they got the van all tuned up and I really appreciate the fix they did on an unexpected issue. They're straight shooters for sure. Top marks, employees of Mr. Roberts. Well done!

This was the first place I went to look for a vehicle and felt no need to look elsewhere. Marko was patient beyond compare while I got my affairs in order to lease a service van. Communication was consistent, tranparent, and never pushy. He navigated me through financing with a final price that was fair and reasonable. Five stars for sure!

The guys are AMAZING. I purchase all my company vehicles here and have never been let down. Oz is easy to work with and is always on top of it. The owner Mike is great guy even wrote a thank you letter for return business. These guys are legit and very trustworthy. If you need a new van, you should absolutely consider going to Mr roberts. Marko helped me, and he was very friendly and helpful. I didn't realize how fraught buying (specifically financing) a cargo van can be, but I found the perfect van at the price point I was hoping for, they have great selection so I didn't feel as though I was settling, and they got me financed well below what I was anticipating. I couldn't be happier with my van or my experience. Thanks again Marko!!

Oz was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The dealership offered a wide selection of vehicles, and we ended up purchasing a van for our church. Oz guided me step-by-step, remained flexible with our schedule, and provided exceptional support.
The van was in great condition and offered at a very fair price. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Even after the sale was finalized and the “as-is” purchase agreement was signed, Oz went above and beyond to ensure everything was right. Although he was under no obligation to do so, he addressed a few concerns we had without hesitation. For example, the tires on the van had passed inspection, but I had assumed they would be replaced. Without any issue, Oz took the initiative and had new tires installed. Additionally, when I noticed a few light bulbs were out, they simply asked me to bring the vehicle back in to take care of it—no questions asked.
Overall, the customer service was outstanding. Oz truly earned our trust and business, both on behalf of our church and personally. We highly recommend this dealership and Oz for anyone looking for honesty, integrity, and excellent service.
