I’ve been visiting MyEyeDr for a little over six years and specifically Dr. Leuenberger for the past few. I can’t recommend him (and the rest of the MyEyeDr team) enough. Everyone at the office is super friendly and helpful.Dr. L's exams are comprehensive and he is intentional about understanding my specific vision issues and goals before getting started. I also tend to ask lots of questions throughout the exam and while some of my previous providers (not at MyEyeDr) have gotten a little frustrated and rushed me out of the exam room, Dr. L always takes the time to address all of my concerns thoroughly. It’s obvious he knows his stuff and it’s honestly a pleasure visiting the office.

I've been a client of MyEyeDr. for nearly 10 years now and in the past year have seen a decline in customer service and product quality. It took nearly 5 weeks to receive my new glasses this year and I was never contacted that they were ready to pick up - I had to reach out to them to ask. When I picked them up, the optician helping me was rude and dismissive. My frames fit poorly because the fitting was rushed. I love Dr. Petrilla and her assistant, but am not sure I will go here to buy glasses again. Sad to see it in decline.

Been a patient for over 15 years. The staff is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I recently needed to exchange a pair of sunglasses and Armando and Louie were the best! No hassle and quick. Thanks so much. Can’t wait to get my new glasses!

The doctors are amazing! They gave me tips and tricks to better take care of my eyes. As far as the retail service, it could have been better.I ordered some new frames and lenses. They called me to let me know that they were ready and when I arrived I waited half an hour. They came out and said that the “lenses didn’t fit the frame and that I needed to wait a couple more days because they didn’t want to hurt the frame” (I figured they had already hurt it a little). I came back a few days later and the frame was indeed hurt. One of the legs was lose, and the design had 2 little things on the legs that should not be moving but they move around. I was in a hurry so I didn’t notice right away and now is too late.

Staff is very friendly and engaging. Dr. Petrilla takes the time to make sure the prescription is spot on. I will return in a year for follow up...

Very professional, knowledgeable service. I felt like they knew exactly what they were doing, helped me in a timely manner, and with no pressure to purchase anything. I did elect for an upcharge (retinal scan), but that was very clearly and honestly explained to me before the scan, so I knew my options and was able to make an informed decision.I had mentioned I was a bit anxious, and Kalel did a fantastic job of being funny and kind, making me feel calmer and relaxed. He was clear about what was next and what to expect. I’m very grateful for the ways that he improved my experience.

MYEYEDR are absolutely one of the best eye care providers in Denver! I’m traveling on business and they fixed my glasses after I broke the monofilament line that holds my lenses in place!! Amazing, fast turn around and they refused to charge me anything for the service!! Truly awesome customer service!!!

Dr. Callahan is superb. I had been stuck with daily lenses for a year that were awful. I came to see her a month ago for the first time and her exam was very thorough. She did not rush at all, and she sent me home with a trial pair that were spot on. I can now see again without reading glasses! Thank you Dr. Callahan!

There needs to be a bit more organization on the front desk and scheduling. I had an appointment booked at a specific time, went to their office and was told by front desk staff that since I was late (I was 7 minutes early) that my appointment was booted. Checked my confirmation when I got home and sure enough, it was for the time I had scheduled for.Having a location in downtown Denver is wonderful as long as you are seen for the appointment you made. I now am out parking and time off used to attend this non-existent appointment. Please do better, this is unacceptable.

The optometrists I've seen have always been great. The support staff has been a mixed bag.My original appointment had to be re-scheduled at 6pm when my appointment was supposed to take place at 9am the next morning. This happens - I understand.I showed up for my rescheduled appointment. Waited for 15 minutes, then start to inquire with the staff as at this point, I am worried I wont be able to make it to my next meeting on time. The appointment shouldn't take more than an hour - so that is how I've arranged my schedule.They say they will be with me soon. 5 more minutes pass - it is now 20 past, so I inquire again. Thankfully, they are ready to take me back. The woman who does tells me in a harsh, stern voice, "Sit down". I asked her, "can you please not talk to me like that?" In response, she says, "I thought you wanted to get this done quickly", eyeing me with derision.How incredibly unprofessional. Speed of service will not be increased by being scornful of your clients, quite the opposite. While she tried to make a polite recovery, it felt fake, and forced, and I lost a lot of trust in the practice.The optometrists make it worth it to come back in, but if I have this experience again, I will not return.

Had a great experience here. Receptionist was extremely friendly. The person who did the initial tests was a lot of fun to chat with. The doctor was great, answered a ton of questions. Then the woman who helped me pick out glasses was super kind.Also, if you’ve read my reviews you know I love anywhere you can snap a selfie and they had awesome lighting and mirrors everywhere so I made sure to get a good one for the ‘gram

This is the worst eye doctor I have ever had. I should have read the reviews here before I go. Do not go there! I am working downtown, and that's the only reason I choose them. The staff there knows nothing, and keeps telling me that I was wrong, my insurance was wrong. Do not trust them. They charged a bill for more than $1,200 to my insurance company and did nothing for what they charged. They were planning to charge me another $2,880.00 by email. When I am telling them I am going to file a claim with BBB, and this is a fraud, they started acting right. Watch out for your insurance benefit, if you got better plans. This place is Very Cheap, period.

i came to this place to get my eyes checked since i have been having migraines for the last 3 months everyday. i started my appointment by hearing the man that helps pick out frames completely gaslight this woman into thinking she could see out of her glasses even though she came in because she couldn’t see out of her glasses and that was accompanied by the front desk complaining they have to answer phones, this made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. the woman who did my eye exam made up for it by really listening to how hard my migraine have been for me and told me they were eye migraines and that doctor would be able to help. i was excited, i felt like i was finally going to get the answer i’ve been looking for. so the doctor come in and didn’t even introduce herself and just started the exam. she started by asking to see my old glasses in which i informed her i don’t even have them with me in colorado because the prescription has always been wrong and she firmly told me “it still would of been nice for me to have brought them” which i don’t understand because they have nothing todo with my migraines and they aren’t even the right prescription. after that i felt there was some tension so i asked her if she was mad that i didn’t have my glasses and she laughed in my face and she said “that is crazy why would you even think that”, at this point i was done with this appointment and i asked if the prescription she gave me would help my migraines (this was after she was flipping around lenses with no care to the fact i had a migraine she was making worse by not letting me fully process the slides) and she responded “i don’t know i hope so”. this was honestly the most disappointing and unprofessional appointment i have ever had.
