Natural Grocers is a gem. They’re locally owned, and while the selection is smaller than bigger stores, everything is fresh, high quality, and thoughtfully sourced. I often find unique items here that I can’t find anywhere else, which keeps me coming back. The produce is always vibrant, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot for high-quality staples, supplements, and harder-to-find health-focused products while supporting a local business. Parking is also super easy here.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Megan at Natural Grocers for her incredible kindness and hard work. She had been busy nonstop all day, yet she still managed to be patient, positive, and kind with every customer. I made a mistake with my payment earlier, and when I came back later in the day to fix it, she was so understanding and gracious about it—no frustration, no judgment, just genuine kindness.
Despite handling a constant flow of customers, Megan kept a friendly attitude and made sure everyone felt taken care of. It’s rare to see someone work so tirelessly and still be so thoughtful and professional. Natural Grocers is lucky to have her, and I truly appreciate the amazing service she provided.

I’m a frequent, long time shopper at this store on Tennyson. The customer service has improved a lot over the past few years. However, they really need to teach their cashiers to properly bag groceries. One of them literally throws the groceries into the bag with zero attention. While I appreciate the help, I don't like smashed items. Please do proper training. It’s really not that hard. Perhaps employees should train at the Colfax store in Lakewood - that is the BEST NG location!

Store is decent but too expensive. Paid $3.50 before taxes for one non organic red pepper for example. Lots of other items in the store are similarly priced. I live down the street and only go for the occasional thing. Would shop here more often if their prices reflected their quality.
