I’ve always found this location to be great! Much better than some other locations in the area. Well stocked, clean, and friendly, helpful staff. Tonight Auja helped me at the register. She was very kind, cares about how things are bagged, stayed to help even though she was about to head on break, shared some helpful app knowledge and was just super pleasant in general. Wonderful store!

Staff was extremely unhelpful and would not exchange a bottle of face soap that didn't work and made me take it even though it didn't work. Will.not be shopping here anymore!

Great store (never been to a Natural Grocers).
Staff was attentive. Two people asked me if I needed help finding anything.
Checkout was a breeze.
You can probably do all your grocery shopping from here. They have everything grocery-wise.

Great store with a wide selection of vitamins and healthy alternatives. Very helpful/knowledgeable employees too. But the homeless people constantly running in and out with goods is a bit unsettling. I asked one of the cashiers about it and whether or not they call the police and they said they aren’t allowed to unless they’re actually threatened or harmed (at that point what’s the use?), basically they can’t do anything but report it to their own managers? But there’s never police or anything following up. I live fairly close to this store so my family and I pop in a few times a week and almost every time I’ve gone someone is running out with a cart full of groceries or just cases of beer, day or night. I’ve actually spotted a few of the same people stealing on multiple occasions. I don’t know how a store can last under those conditions, it’s also unsettling for the employees’ and customers’ safety. If you really cared about your workers and customers, you’d find a better way to combat all this theft (maybe get some security or lock some stuff up). Definitely won’t be going back with the family anymore, who knows when one of those thieves will turn violent for cash instead of just food or beer. Doing absolutely nothing (not even calling the police) is not a good deterrent for theft. You’re practically begging them to rob you. Overall, the staff makes it a great environment for shopping, they’re always asking if I need help finding anything and take me where I need to go, but I don’t see how they feel safe there with so many homeless people running in and out. I sure don’t! Do better Natural Grocers.

Cute pop up in the Natural Grocers parking lot. Garlic and herb cream cheese was the highlight here for me! Everything bagels are absolutely caked, bottom and top, with their sesame heavy seasoning blend. As a black coffee drinker, I was not a fan; however, they have a large menu to work through to surely find an alternative.

I made a mistake,
I didn't speak up when there were a few employees at this natural grocery store that were stocking several frozen meat products in the freezer section.
I wanted to look through them however they were busy working. I just chose to walk away.

Great small store love the produce selection they have so many options and they're all organic. Everything is a reasonable price and they always have something on sale. The staff is always friendly.
