Came in right during a weird internet outage but the team at the store was amazingly accommodating! Highly recommend! Great collection of underwear and “needz” wish there was a larger leather collection.

I came in looking for a new valve to replace an old one where the plastic lever had broken off, rendering my water hose useless. They had the part and the new valve has a METAL lever, which made me happy! I also picked up a GLASS bottle of Überlube which was on sale (20% off all lubes for the month?). Finally, I was looking for a standard stainless steel cock ring. They had exactly what I wanted. I was floored that they encouraged me to try it on, so I did. I ended up picking up a second one for my partner. The staff were friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable. It has been well over 15 years since I had shopped at Needz, but the customer service was still impeccable. I can’t see myself going anywhere else in the future.

They technically had a fair selection but I did not feel welcomed there (even after I said I do drag) and the prices were worse than stripper girl clothes. So all in all my experience was so so?

Good kink & leather shop. Great for men/masc folks and the staff are lovely. I wish there were some things geared toward feminine tastes--corsets and such, but it's a great local shop.

Pretty cool story - great variety of gear and clothing. The staff that work there are very friendly - really enjoyed the clothing purchases.
