I finally stopped in. Very warm & helpful staff. Yes, the store needs updating, and a martini bar, but it's still Neimans. They offered me a glass of champaign. I left with a fabulous new frock. Happy place!

Shop at Saks if you're in Denver, CO. Better customer service and overall organizational process. Two chat operators and one live person at the actual brick and mortar were rude, repetitive and unprofessional. The two chat agents disengaged the chat THAT WAS STILL ONGOING! They have my property that I purchased online and that's what I get in return. I want my merchandise. If you want to obtain your goods that you paid for, SHOP AT SAKS.

Don’t fall for the promotional gift card campaigns online. Like another reviewer on here, I’ve learned it’s an actual scam. Makes me sad because I used to love Neimans so much.

Loyal NM customer for over 25 years. Recently received a $75 gift card in the mail as a promotional reward for a recent purchase (a $558 dress!!!) only to find out that the card had no value when I tried to redeem it at my local store in Colorado. The card number was apparently already used by someone for a purchase in the fine jewelry department at a NM store in Dallas.Trying to speak to someone about this at NM but no one wants to help. Hoping this hasn't happened to others. This experience has really changed my view in wanting to ever do business with NM again.

Costumer service is very rudeI WANTED GIFT WRAP FOR ONLINE ORDER BUT she told me that I need to return it back and then immediately buy it so that it would be packed for me. Since I did not have a card with me, I warned that I would not be able to pay, to which she replied that everything was OK, well, I thought that she would make the process with the card that was in the order. When she issued a refund and made a new order, she asked me to attach a card to place an order, to which I was very surprised and repeated that I warned that I did not have a card. To which she was very surprised and said that she could not help in any way, since I had already returned the item and could no longer buy it. thank God there was a manager nearby, she heard me saying: “so that the return would be canceled?,” she intervened and asked why you want to cancel the return, didn’t you come here for this. to which I replied that no, I only came to put the thing in a beautiful box. To which she was surprised that I had to go through so much because of the little things. I’m already silent that in the end they packed me in the smallest package that they only had, as if perfume were in the box and not beautiful clothes

They had a plethora of designer options. Prices are what you should expect for designer items, but hey you only live once. Maybe that's the reason I don't have any photos to show lol. My son did buy an outfit. I'll be back for myself soon.

Nice store with 2 floors included with a ton of selections. Just decided to walk around and look at a few things since I didn’t plan on buying anything from here. Staff very friendly, well stocked, clean, and well maintained.Worth checking out. Great place to stop for some fancy shoes and clothing.

As a lifelong Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman customer, Liz at the La Mer counter is the most wonderful SA I have ever had. She takes such excellent care of me, is detail-oriented, and takes the time to make me feel at home in the store. She remembers what I like and has excellent follow-up. I recently moved back to Denver from FL and met her serendipitously as I was picking up my cream. She has become my go-to person for any Neiman Marcus purchases and I recommend her to all of my friends. Thanks Liz!

You’re better off ordering online or calling another location for a phone order.It’s bizarre a SA making a hourly low wage would have an entitlement issue. I have noticed on various occasions. Very odd behavior.If you want people to shop at your location; maybe try engaging is some level of customer service.

The worst experience at the shoe department. First time shopping at Neiman instead of Saks and the bald SA could not have been any more rude. Explicitly stated that I did not want the shoe off the display and went ahead to order online to avoid this, just for them to have the audacity to send me the one off the display. Could have told me there is no option and I would take my money to a place with options.

Purchased a perfume that I decided to return after finding another option(without opening it) and was refused both store credit/refund claiming it was opened. Be careful what you purchase at this store.

Rude entitled manager of mens cologne chose to pass judgement and not take ownership in her store’s error. Nordstrom is considerably better all around, but most importantly they don’t have invidious store employees who refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes.

This was my first time ordering something online from Neiman Marcus and the whole experience has been a humiliating and embarrassing nightmare. Please never order anything online from Neiman Marcus.I ordered a gift for a loved one’s birthday and upon ordering it was informed it was supposed to arrive within 3-5 business days. After almost now 2.5 weeks of it not even having been shipped, I have had numerous calls to customer service. The agents have been rude and condescending, and each day the expected delivery date becomes later and later. I just received an email with an extended expected delivery date again this morning.I am upset, hurt, and most of all my loved one still does not have their gift.If you care about service or your item arriving at all- never shop with Neiman Marcus.

the standard SAs (especially the ones in the women’s shoes) will pretend to be nice and will ring you in. they’re really nasty people that will lie and deceive to make a sale. God forbid there’s a defect. These people will gaslight you and make up blatant lies to explain the product’s problem. On top of that they sold me returned shoes and lied about it. Customer service is abhorrent. They are very condescending and insulting. They are despicable people. (Especially the ginger and brunette in women’s shoes) I wouldn’t say these things if they were not true and learned over the past few years. Now if you spend 50k plus a year with them and you look a certain way then they might treat you with more fake respect. What’s the point of interacting with odd people like that? Commission based jobs shouldn’t equal being absolutely evil and undeservingly judgmental. I’d rather fly out and shop in Vegas/LA than come back here. Or go to Nordstrom for different brands. Avoid this place or you’ll learn your lesson. Trust me! Read the other reviews and make your own conclusion….
