I perform work here regularly as a vendor and you will not meet a more professional crew. Gilbert is the lead engineer and I'm confident that man has that entire building running ship shape. The office staff is always so easy to work with as well. If I was a city kid, I'd definitely love to live here.

We moved here from New York in August 2023 and were not able to see the place in person but we received a virtual tour. I was skeptical because some of the reviews I saw talked about issues that went unaddressed for long periods of time. However, that was not my experience here. It seems like they really took the feedback they received seriously because now they respond to issues that are reported to them very promptly. The hot tub and pool have been in working condition the entire time I lived here. When something does inevitably break they are responsive and communicative about the issue. When the garage door broke and someone’s car was broken into they then had security guards in place to monitor the parking garage. Maintenance is really awesome and responds to requests in a timely manner. Most of front desk staff is extremely helpful, especially Elizabeth and Daisy. I’ve enjoyed the amenities such as the gym and outdoor areas. The management is responsive and they even work on Saturdays if you do need to go and speak with them in person.

I've had a great experience in the 6 months I've lived at Neon Local. My last living experience at 2101 Market left me with a really bad taste of Denver. Shoutout to Elizabeth - she has been amazing, from my first viewing of the apartment, to now. She truly cares about the living community here, and is a pure joy - my maintenance requests are answered within a day, she's responds to emails quickly, truly listens to complaints and makes changes, and honestly goes above and beyond! Highly recommend.

Broke my lease due to safety and constant homelessness around every side of the building. I will say my 3 stars come from the maintenance department being so friendly to me and my dog and the speediness of getting things fixed. Also, Elizabeth may be the best leasing agent I have ever had while living in Colorado, she was always friendly and willing to help whenever!

I’ve never understood why, but this building does the absolute bare minimum when it comes to keeping the homeless out of the stairwells. Its almost everyday I walk into the stairwell and there is someone shooting up with needles, smoking pills off of tin foil, taking a pee, taking a poop, smoking cigs, or passed out drunk. The smell from the stairwells has lingered into the hall ways on the 2nd floor. I cannot use the stairwell without being concerned for me or my girlfriend’s safety. It’s become a massive safety and health hazard and the building management has not yet once addressed issue. This has been going on for years, this is not a new problem.

I was so happy to call this building home for about 14 months (the only reason I did not renew was I had to leave the state for family reasons). It was an amazing experience. I moved in shortly before they changed all the management and office staff and never had any issues my entire stay. They do the best they can with such a large building in the area and while I’ve heard people complain, the same things will happen at any apartment building! Do the trashes in the garage sometimes get a bit overfilled? Yes, do any of the trashes anywhere else in the building? No. Do things sometimes breakdown? Yes, but they fix them as fast as possible and none of these issues have ever caused me inconvenience. The garage doors sometimes have issues (as anything mechanical does) but I’ve never had my car broken into (which is common for street parking in the area) especially since they do have security that I see around the area at night. The entire area of South Broadway has on and off issues with the unhoused population, but the building is the safest in the neighborhood(this was very important to me as a woman living alone)! Not to mention the walls are thick and I never had noise issues minus the occasional above neighbor accidentally dropping something. My move out was also smooth and the office was helpful and accommodating and were transparent of move out costs and promptly sent me all info and a breakdown of charges.Maintenance has always been prompt and kind. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Neon Local, you truly get what you pay for: location, security, amenities, great staff, and a beautiful apartment and building. If you want a secure, and beautiful apartment with city amenities and lifestyle without being among the skyscrapers Neon Local is the best choice, especially for the cost. I hope you check them out and love them as much as I did!

Feel very unsafe walking around building. Management needs to do something about the encampments, drugs and constant smell of urine. Until then I wouldn’t recommend using the Neon Local.

I’ve had a wonderful experience so far at Neon Local. Elizabeth and the rest of the leasing staff were fantastic to work with. After living here for a couple weeks, the apartments are clean, quiet, and include nice facilities. You can walk to restaurants and stores nearby. If you don’t have a car, there’s public buses and light rail nearby as well. Really loving it here!

I have really enjoyed living at Neon Local! Special shout out to the community manager Elizabeth as well- She has been so helpful with anything I need! It really means a lot to have a manager who communicates with the residents and works with you on any issues. Shes the best!

Do NOT rent apt 361.. it doesn't have hot water. Countless occasions where I ran both sinks and the shower for 20-30 minutes and maybe I get pool temp water. Troubleshooting guide for the dishwasher said the reason it was taking 5-6 hours to do a load was inadequate water temp. First I was told it was a coil, then I was told there was no problem it was working fine.. next time they said it was because I was using hot water at a popular time and there wasn't enough to go around. THEN I was told the building was not built properly and the boilers needed check valves installed. Nah.. they lied. Never did have even warm water in the sinks unless I ran the shower too. So I moved out and they now want 6k in fees. I gave MG months of full rent for an apartment without basic amenities.
