Not a great experience shopping here, wasn’t very welcoming and definitely felt like I was being watched. I ended up buying a pair of earrings that honestly I could have bought at retail price. Wasn’t much of a deal.

Cool store with good service, but they add a 8.9% service charge to everything.

Yes, prices are lower but when you get to checkout there’s a sign saying they will add 8% to “ cover costs”. So you are not paying wholesale any more

They will not greet you if you’re Black and they will continue to ignore you while greeting other guests and helping them. It’s happened to me twice, won’t happen again. Also have it on video.

They will not greet you if you're Black but will continue to greet other customers and help them while not even making eye contact with you. An absolutely awful experience. It's happened to me twice, won't happen again. Also have it on video.
