Cant figure out there website, received canned anwsers for request for help, they seemed to be really into getting good reviews instead of helpingId give 0 if I could, no clue how there 4.8. Absolutely no help, no follow up. Getting my daughter a pet has been the worst disasterAsked to be removed of there email blasts they were unable to, I received the reason that maybe it would be ok because we were to converse? Ok.....I gave an opportunity to be there again saved as a customer and the owner just dipped out after an apology. It's so confusing, did you want my business from the get go? Did you want to try and save it? Why keep my email in your blast list if you didn't want to try and save it...then when giving the opportunity over the phone with me just not?Sorrys get nothing done, thanks tho?

My pup is a puppy mill survivor with tons of trust issues. If it wasn't for Pam DeSantis giving me new ideas on how to react to him I would have had no choice but surrender him

They are incredible! My dog is reactive to other dogs and sometimes humans. She also is high strung and has struggled in trainer but our trainer Calisse is providing my dog with a personalized approach while also serving all other dogs. It’s hard for me to be the owner with the dog that needs to go in timeout during training but the ability to pivot mid lesson is so impressive and appreciated!

We took our pup through the basics training course and it helped a lot in just our general knowledge and getting her the best start in proper pup manners. We use almost every single command we learned and trained her with a year later now. We also brought her to the puppy socialization sessions once or twice per week until she aged out and that was fantastic for her overall demeanor with other dogs and humans. Finally, we utilized the half-day training/daycare sessions for a couple of months and we noticed great improvements on small issues we were seeing behaviorally during her at-home training sessions and during walks especially when other dogs were close by.

I would not recommend the puppy socialization class if you have a small breed puppy. We took our 4 month old mini dachshund to a class at the Park Hill vet location. They split an already small lobby area into two, even smaller areas. I couldn’t believe how small the area was and how many dogs they had in such a small area. If I had known this is what the “play” area was going to be, I would’ve never signed up. Our poor puppy was constantly being trampled over by the other much larger puppies and because the space was so small, she had nowhere to escape to. We felt it would be negligent on our part to allow her to stay on the floor risking injury so we ended up just holding her in our arms and leaving after 30 minutes. Someone who had been in previous weeks told us another person with a small puppy left a previous class early for similar reasons. We drove from Highlands Ranch, effectively wasting $25 and our afternoon.

So far, my pup & I have attended the Delightful Dog training class at the Noble Beast south location. I was very pleased with the training & really appreciated that Noble Beast offers training in various locations around the metro area. All training is based on positive reinforcement which my dog responded well to. We're looking forward to taking the Devine Dog class sometime soon. I only wish that Noble Beast offered doggie day care at more locations.

The private training with Pam DiSantis was worth every penny. She tailored the lessons to me and my dogs, came up with new solutions and then sent written suggestions and reminders the same day as the class even if she had to do it at 8 at night

I took my 3 year old pup through the Prickly Pooch class with Noble Beast and I'm so grateful I did. There are not many training facilities that work with dog and trainer, much less when they are a little rough around the edges. The class was small, and I always felt my dog and I were safe. I learned the skills to help her become more comfortable around other dogs! Thank you Noble Beast Dog Training! I am hopeful the Prickly II comes about so we can continue to increase my pup's social skills!

Greatly enjoyed the class! Perfect for puppies trying to learn the basics. The methods and explanations are clear and effective. I did the delightful dog with my pup and would say most in our group, if not all, saw improvements in their pups. Highly recommend!

So... This is my first negative review anywhere. But, perhaps someone else can avoid the same outcome?I rescued my pup from a breeder raid litter, and I he received basic obedience as a part of his adoption and acclimation process when he was just 6-12 weeks. When I called Noble Beast to continue his training, I was convinced to take the basic training (all over again?), although my dog had already gone through such a training elsewhere, and I was assured I'd learn new skills to practice with my then 20-week old puppy. He was the biggest and most well-trained in the room... Unfortunately, he had to unlearn some commands and learn the "Noble Beast Way..." It was such a failure and such a waste of time that I stopped going after three sessions, despite paying for the entire class... They apparently didn't notice or care about my absence or my puppy's (incredibly, the only non-golden in the bunch of eight dogs, nearly all 8-10 weeks old), despite my calling their office to request a different, more advanced or alternative class. The instructor was terrible and unresponsive-- at one point frustrated by my pup's size, and honestly, sans any followup and interaction or any refund or pro-rated option, it was worse than just a waste of time and money. They had such outstanding reviews, that I thought I'd take my pup. Such a bummer.

Group classes are not helpful at all, only made my dog even more reactive. Private sessions are helpful but expensive. This also depends heavily on the instructor you get.Positive only reinforcement is an idealistic approach to training and for owners of extreme breeds like shepherds, I highly recommend considering a balanced training approach which is much more effective and will save you an immense amount of time, money, and effort.
