I have been a cbd taker for years and until I found nuleaf I was never ****** impressed. I am now very impressed. For the cbd varieties I have been so impressed with the quality and it does exactly what it says it does. It is worth its weight in gold. My favorite is *** and the bottle with all the varieties in a capsule. Amazing stuff.

This company is weird. I post a review of 1 star on 2 different products that I tried on their website and the reviews don’t get posted. It appears they ONLY post 5 star reviews. How is that ok? It’s deceptive and doesn’t let people see from others whom didn’t have any good experiences with the products that there is something to be aware of. Also they do not offer any type of money back guarantee. What a joke

Very, very poor customer service!! Use Subscribe and Save at your own risk. Making any changes to your customer account are impossible!! I have really liked the NuLeaf products but will try to find another product line that’s values its customers with good service.

Customer service is unbelievably horrible. It appears no humans are involved in communication at all. Bot keeps asking for same info I already supplied. Bots also replying to emails. Unable to delete payment info. Order placed 7/22, I am in California, NuLeaf is in Colorado, my order is currently in Pennsylvania. Bots response is "it's in transit". It's been in Pennsylvania for at least 2 days.

Customer Service refuses to answer my emails about a misdelivered package on April 25th. I’ve sent 3 emails regarding the issue between 4.26.23 and 5.11.23. The Post office claims to have delivered my last subscription bottle at my previous address however I have mail forwarding to my new address and the package never arrived / was never forwarded to my new address so the post office must have delivered it to the front desk. Called the front desk at the old address and they claimed to not have the package. The fact that NuLeaf has refused to even respond AT ALL is unprofessional, unacceptable and completely disrespectful. I cannot recommend this business although the product is OK; these days without good customer service….your product is meaningless especially when it’s a product that cannot be patented. One thing that NuLeaf has given me is the idea to buy my own CBD concentrate and hemp oil and just make my own oil. Want to know how to throw away good money? Never respond to your customers!

This company has high quality products and high standards for production which is especially important when shopping for a CBD. I’ve use their full spectrum CBD oil, CBC oil, Delta 8 oil and just got Delta 9 the other day. I primarily use them for relaxation, focus and sleep. Each type has a different effect and it has been a game changer for me. I have adhd and the CBD/CBC help calm my nerves and aid in my focus while delta 8 relaxes me to fall asleep quick and stay asleep.

The customer support from this company is nonexistent. The only way to attempt to communicate with them is e-mail or live chat. It is so frustrating to go back and forth for even the simplest question. Do not sign up for autoship! they don't give you a heads up email to let you know that they are charging your credit card. they only tell you after they push the sale through. Now I have to go through the trouble of sending back an item I didn't want in the first place.

Nu-leaf has changed the flavor of there product to taste horrible when it used to be tolerable. The flavor change came about a month ago and now its almost a musky skunk like flavor. Cbd does work and their product works. I went from rating 5 stars to now 1 because of its horrible flavor. I emailed Nu-leaf about the flavor change and was advised by them that now they omit a step that they once used. It seems as though this is an unfortunate step back.

seems they are no longer downtown, at least at the republic of paws which their site says to go to pickup, as you can't as their "corporate office". Update your website! seems there's no place to buy cbd oil downtown denver (left of broadway)

I don't recommend this place at all. I called them to ask what product would be good for sleep and they suggested CBN capsules. i bought a bottle that costs $180.00. When I got it I took two pills that night for sleep. Not only did it do nothing to help me sleep but left me feeling drugged the next morning. I called the company to ask to exchange or refund me. I had only tried two pills. They refused to do either. This company has no ethics or customer service. Stay away. Also the reviews on there website are bogus. You can't even post a review on there website or respond to the ones that are there.

My dog has allergies and have tried every vet medication and shot to no avail. I have tried a different cbd oil was 300 mg. She loved it. Did not do much for allergies. I thought I would try a higher end cbd from nuleaf. 900 mg. She hates the taste runs from it. Lol Only been a week so still testing it. The taste is awful..
