I flew into Denver, CO from Reno, NV for thanksgiving. I went to the Cherry Creek Mall where I searched for an Oakley Store. I found it! Logan met me at the entrance and asked if I needed help with anything. I explained I crashed on my bike in France and scratched up my prescription Oakley sunglasses. On this, the busiest day of the year, Black Friday, Logan was gracious enough to look my account up. He informed me I had a warranty (I did not know this!) on the scratched glasses. He quickly ordered another pair and I purchased two more pair of prescription glasses in different frames. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I will return to this location in the future should I need anything else. Thank you again Logan!

OKLEY store had great collections. I was helped to try the exact size of pant that fit me and also they went to great length to check the stock and retrieve the size for me. All in all great friendly environment in the store.

I have a pair of Holbrook Oakleys that I absolutely love. My lenses really needed to be replaced. I called and spoke with Jovan, who set a pair aside for me. Then when I came in, didn't think they were the right set for me. Jovan was really friendly and helpful in helping me learn which lenses I had before, which ones would be similar, and some of the shade/sun ratings. It was an extremely positive experience (and I say this as someone who hates going to the mall). Definitely will be back and recommend!

Salesperson listened, and grabbed the perfect sunglasses for me. Matched everything I needed without hassle or attempting to sell me other than what I wanted. I was on my way to my son's wedding and needed sunglasses for the indoor event. Not only did he get me the lense color i wanted, the frames matched my son's wedding colors(purple) perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and will return for any Oakley needs. My only regret is not getting his name to ask for in the future.

Jan 25th Update.The store is in close contact with me now. We're working on solving the situation.Great in store service. Awful customer service once you're out of the door.The whole story:I ordered 2 pais of glasses, waited about 3 weeks. I picked them up yesterday. It felt a bit wrong, but I've been told to wear them for 1-2 days, then call if the problem is still there.It seems like the right and left lenses are flipped, like they were confused during production. When I wear glasses my left eye definitely gets a lot of power, the right eye doesn't really get anything. When I wear the glasses upside down, my vision is the same for both eyes, it feels like it is the correct way.Also In my original prescription there are no Additions at all, but I got the additions in Oakley glasses. I see crystal clear when I read, why did they add it???I keep calling to the store, but nobody picks up the phone.I chat and call to Oakley customer service, they can't help with in store purchases!!!!. I don't live in Denver right now, I can't just drive there. I'm frustrated

Stephan was the man! Very knowledgeable to help me find the type of frames I was looking for, very helpful, up best, and pleasant. When putting in my order he was efficient and got me moving quick once my decision had been made. Awesome experience with him.
