Don't buy any ink from office depot. If you don't have your receipt and it's not even open you can't return it or even get a store credit.

Rita is amazing! Knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! I overheard her helping another customer while I couldn't find what I was looking for and happily waited for her help because it had been awhile since I've seen such wonderful customer service. I was grateful I waited because she was extra helpful with solutions to resolve the issue I was trying to fix. Thank you, Rita! I hope every day has a bit of magic in it for you!

I’d like to give Freda in the printing department a HUGE thank you and a shout out for her help yesterday. After my online print order didn’t arrive the day it was supposed to for an event, I rushed into this store and Freda was able to mimic the custom print immediately. She was beyond friendly, helpful, and seriously saved the day.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Frieda, the assistant store manager at Office Depot, for her incredible help the day before my wedding. I came in with a last-minute wedding seating chart that needed to be printed, and the store was in a bit of a frenzy with a register down and orders piling up. Despite all the chaos, Frieda handled everything with such grace and professionalism. She personally made sure my seating chart was printed quickly and perfectly. Her calm demeanor and dedication really turned what could’ve been a stressful experience into a seamless one. Frieda went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for her help during such an important time! Thank you, Frieda, for being a lifesaver!

Was told by Broadway store they had the ink cartridge at this location and they closed early. So I drove across town for nothing... Bad service and communication between stores. Super unfortunate

DON’T DO BUSINESS !!!Called 5 times so far to get a Refund in a business select account called to cancel first time and got CHARGED INSTEAD and after that they just send me a mail BIG SCAM OFFICE DEPOT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY $$ BE CAREFUL

The WORST Customer Service In Their Copy & Print Department. I Placed An Order Online & When I Went In To Pick It Up, It Was Wrong!! I Was Patient Enough With Them Because I Just Wanted It To Be Corrected, But They Basically Just Told Me They Couldn't Do Anything About It. I'm SUPER Upset With Juan & The Other Guy That Was There Because They Showed Me They Didn't Care About My Business With Them! I Would Definitely Recommend Going Else Where..

Decent store and staff. Only two printers for the self-serve copy/print and one has been broken every time I’ve been there.

This Office Depot used to be good. But with all the foot traffic lately and printers not working it sucks. Esp waiting for ppl in self service for over 30 mins. Ppl shouldn’t be able to hold up your self service printers with big printing jobs. Then you ask the service counter and they online do “online” orders. Fix your machines and provide time limits on self service this is ridiculous.
