Took our car in after hail season was done and Taylor got everything finished quickly! Frequently updated us on our vehicle and offered a loaned car in the mean time. Fantastic service all around.

Taylor and his crew did a fabulous job with repairing my car's hail damage, replacing the necessary panels, painting, etc. Although the repairs took a little longer than originally planned, the final result was great! Also, they honored the original estimate I received, even though the cost was a little higher. I highly recommend them.

This is the second time I have used Taylor, Angel and Oh Hail no for body repair and once again, I had a great experience. Caring, conscientious, attention to detail, easy to work with and great results. I don't know how they blended the brand new paint on the car doors with 7 year old paint where it met the body of my 2015 Subaru, but I swear you absolutely cannot tell that a repair was done at all. Just a great job! Yes, they get super busy and sometimes overwhelmed when there are a rash of hailstorms, but if you're patient, it will be worth the wait. And BTW, this round of repairs was just normal bodywork, not PDR for hail and they did great. Highly recommend!!

I did my homework, and searched high and low for the best hail damage repair shop!!!!Holy Moly I struck gold!!!The BEST customer service, hands-down. I received a call or a text every step of the way, with personal care concerning my brand new car in the shop. They kept it locked up, kept me informed constantly with the mostincredible customer service. I was given a top-notch rental car and I was treated so kind. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any form of hail damage or body work. I have so much faith and trust in Taylor and Angel!!!!My car looks phenomenal!!!!!Super happy customer!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did a lot of research and calling around before moving forward with Oh Hail No for my hail repair. The reviews were generally great and Taylor seemed very helpful & knowledgeable about the process during our initial conversation He sounded confident that the repairs would take about 2 weeks. Drop off was super easy and Angel explained the process again and off my car went.Taylor was my main point of contact throughout the process, which ended up taking 6 weeks, not 2 as originally discussed. I reached out after one week to see how things were going and I was told the car would be done within a week. As he had mentioned the repairs were on track for completion within the 2 weeks, I continued to check in so I could plan around my work as much as possible. Around 3.5 weeks into this adventure is when things started to go down hill and I became extremely frustrated. I received a very unprofessional update and began regular communication with my insurance company. They reached out a few times for updates and were also treated unprofessionally (foul language and hangups). All we (myself and my insurance company) wanted were updates to advise on rental car extension and confirmation that the estimated labor hours were still accurate. It was like pulling teeth to get this information, which he never provided until the repairs were complete.I reached out to Taylor the day my rental car was due back (5 weeks into the repair) and he advised that once the last parts arrived (due that same day) they had an hour of work left. I checked in at the end of the day and didn’t hear back from him. By 3pm the next day I still had not heard from him. I received a 24-hour extension for my rental car and decided to take time off work to drive down (1 hour) to the shop to see exactly what the situation was. The part never arrived (along with additional parts that were needed). I worked with Angel, who was very helpful and considerate. We talked to my insurance company together and I was able to get another extension on the rental. I didn’t hear a word from Taylor for 3 business days when finally the repair was complete – 6 weeks from drop off.I completely understand that there are supply chain delays, delivery delays and damage can occur during delivery. I am flexible on timing, but when I am quoted 2 weeks and it takes 6 and I get scolded for requesting updates for my personal property, that is different story. I was embarrassed talking to my insurance company after they explained that Taylor had cursed at them and hung-up on them multiple times. The lack of communication to both myself and my insurance company were unacceptable. Overall, this was the most unprofessional customer service that I have experienced in a long time. The repair work was to my satisfaction, but I would not recommend working with Oh Hail No ever again.

Had some major hail damage on my 2011 mini—Oh Hail No did a fantastic job of fixing my Bluey! The work was so well done and the paint job made my mini look like she came right off the show room floor!

I had an amazing experience having my Audi repaired. I had pretty severe hail damage and my car looks perfect. I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Taylor and his crew to anyone that needs hail repair.

I have referred many people to Oh Hail No. Honestly, i could not ask for better service from a company. Taylor is amazing at communication. Goes above an beyond in customer service. Is fast with his process time even when you have to special order parts. I could not recommend this company more.

Taylor helped us every step of the way with our Subaru Outback's sudden and severe Denver hail damage. We made the claim on line. He delivered a functional SUV loaner to the house. He handled all paperwork with Safeco. Delay waiting for insurance adjuster, nothing we could do about that. The check for repairs and loaner went right to the business. He fully covered the deductible. Car returned in great condition, clean inside and out. Repairs took shorter time than expected. Thank you, Taylor and staff!! We bought his staff a thank you lunch. You should too, after you see how great their work is. That said, we hope never to experience hail again. I see a car hail blanket in our future.

I recommend Oh Hail No 100%!I had hail damage all over my car. It was bad enough on the hood that it could not be fixed with PDR but had to be replaced with a new hood. Oh Hail No made all repairs quickly and perfectly. All dents are 100% gone with no trace. The hood, being brand new, had to be replaced and painted and it matched the rest of the car perfectly. It's like a brand-new car. Also, special credit to Taylor Deutsch who explained everything thoroughly and made it an easy experience.Services: Painting

Fast, professional, and they do great work. Plus they'll help cover your deductible and provide a loaner car if you don't have rental car. I wouldn't waste time shopping around for quotes, this is the spot.
