Don't listen to ANY of these google reviews, they literally hand a QR code and give you a gift card for $10 if you give them a 5 star review. They refused to repair a windshield which was cracked before purchase because we didn't realize it till we drove off the lot and contacted them a day later to have it fixed. This was after they sold us some bogus car warranty and they also sell all your information to 3rd party sources. The place is slow as hell and very poor communciation. Jose was the only part that made the car buying experience even worth one star, although we definitely feel lied to and let down. DO NOT TRUST THE GOOGLE REVIEWS.

Do not go here if you want your vehicle serviced fast or if you would like full transparency on your repair. My brand new truck has been in with a heater issue and a headlight replacement for a month and there has been no end in sight on to when the repair is going to be completed. They have lost my business in the future and I will drive the extra 15 minutes to the further dealership so I will never have to step foot in this terrible establishment again.

Do not go here to service your vehicle if you want transparent quick service. My car has currently been in the shop for a month for a broken headlight, and heater core. I have never gotten an update without me having to call them and text them. By far the most unprofessional gmc service I have ever gone to. This will be my last service with them.

Edit: Communication is non exhisting. They tell you they want to help you out but since they already have ypur money they don't care about you or your problems. My car has been in and out of the shop times since I bought it months ago. They wouldnt help me get out of the loan in January where the loan was newer, they wont answer my phone calls or emails now. The service department is so scattered, they couldn't tell me how the mechanic came to the conclusion of what they thought was wrong with my car, and when i tried asking i was met with that is how it is. I got yelled at by one of the service people because they misunderstood me and told me they didnt speak spanish when i was not even speaking spanish to begin wiht. I have had more help from another dealership than with this one. If you can don't come here. drive anywhere else to get a car.I went in telling them that I had a pre-approval from a certain bank. They gave me a quote and told me it was from that bank, I didn't pay too much attention when signing the paperwork to see that it was not through the bank I had requested. Then I looked through my credit report and they ran my report with over 12 different banks and lenders! I have been working on improving my credit score and they just killed it with their multiple inquiries. Why when I had already told them I was pre-approved!? My loan isn't even with the bank I had requested. I am so dissapointed and so angry about this.Lorenzo did a fantastic job. Everyone was nice to us and they even worked a little on our monthly payment. I am very happy with my new car

If i could give zero stars I would , back in August i purchased a 2023 gmc terrain zero miles fast forward to now it only has 6,000 ish miles it was due for an oil change. I makes my appointment for February 13 they make the oil change in about an hour tell me my cars ready , on February 21 my check engine light turns on , i show up to the dealership they tell me appointments are backed up and tell me once i’m scheduled for appointment car would have to stay a few days to run a diagnostic test and what not , i go up to a shop in boulder where a family member works pops opens my hood to find out oil cap was not put on when oil was changed, contact the dealership about what’s going on and they took me in that same day , but weren’t appointments backed up ? updates are given to me staying that car is fine nothing got in the motor etc , that car was driven for a week and tell me it’s fine there not gonna change the motet or give me a new car for there mistake they did , i inform them that I do not want that car anymore service manger says “if your not comfortable with the car anymore you will have to trade it in, we are not going to replace the car for you that’s not going to happen “ i have all the documentation of everything & later on to tell me that i should have noticed right away any where i parked oil stains would have been left which where not left cause once again oil cap in the hood was off not the bottom one…. Aren’t yall professionals ? So don’t do your services here let alone purchase a car here ac/heater do not work in the back either remote start doesn’t either or the stereo , earlier that day i talked to a sales man said he would give me 23,000 for my car when it was 45,000 and proceeded to recommend me a used car since “new cars have issues “ i got a zero mileage car so it would not have any issues not let alone get a used car no thanks !
