I was applying for a loan. I’m free approved. In order to approve me, they want me refinance my car to them, and they offer me high interest rates. I’m not going to do that, because my interest rates in NFCU is low interest rates. I’m not putting to myself to pay more. I will say, they not helping me. Thank you.

Applied and got pre approved for a loan, I already have a loan through one main with my wife and my new loan was going to be just under my name. I was told because my wife is still active duty even though she wouldn’t be on the new loan they couldn’t approve it. Pure discrimination of a military service member and a veteran in myself as well.

I've been with onemain and have had rude customer service. I have paid my payments on time every month. Recently I requested another loan and yet again denied with the bad customer. Not sure if the manager with the bad customer service closes these out. However, my response u need to have more debt and a car that we can take to give u more money. Never thought it would be this way with them. Disappointed

I sat waiting for 20 minutes, no one even checked what I needed help with. That alone would've saved me time. When I finally did get help from someone she couldn't perform customer service tasks. This office and it's staff are a waste of oxygen and space.

Anthony Gibbs got my loan application submitted and finished in 56 minutes. I appreciate him explaining everything so well and having so much patience with me. He could of told me to kick rocks and wait till monday since we started the process late Friday afternoon but he went and got the job done. Thank you so much.

I refinanced my OneMain loan after a year of only paying off interest, with Canvas Credit Union. I just received a call from Canvas that OneMain never even sent them my title. It’s been 2 months. This is a poorly run company.

This is the worst place , I started a loan application through credit karma recommending. Waiting for days for a call back every time I called ,was told that the person handling my case would call back to not receive a call. Went to the Peoria location after speaking to customer service on phone they told me I just needed to upload notarized power of attorney so I went to the Peoria location where I was told that they need to start all over Monica Bart that she was not going to put up with no attitude but told me my wife who had to sign off on the title had to go sit in the car as it's 90° outside shake my head. Monica calls me to tell me that if I was unhappy she could close my application that's a lot of help. overall would not recommend this company!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service, I have made several additional payments using my debit card in this very location. Monica the manager said that has never happened, because they only take check or money orders.Which is a flat out lie, I asked her to check my payment history (to see if I was correct) and she refused to even look or listen to me. Blew it off with a blatant lie!!!Monica is a horrible manager, NO professional customer service skills at all!!!They need a new manager that knows their job and is professional at all times. Needs to be a .5 rating for her unprofessional management performance!!!!!I am not the only person she has been rude and unprofessional with something needs to be corrected in her customer service/transparency professional skills, because at best they SUCK!!!The only reason I use this location for additional payments is due to the convenience from my home. Not anymore!!!!!!!!
