JP Is the store manager at this location. I found myself in somewhat of a predicament. Because of the cold weather, my battery died. So as I was walking to my car to go to work at 7 AM, I realized my battery was dead. Called three or four places no one was able to see me right away. I even had a few locations ask if I could leave my car overnight. JP came to the rescue. He was able to get me in and out with him 30 minutes. Save me from having to reschedule my day and I completely appreciate it. He was also very, very friendly.

Jp the manager is amazing and he works hard he’s not afraid to do the simple tasks like helping change a battery. I’ve been coming to this store for 6 years. He’s the best manager yet and his staff always treat me right. My car wouldn’t start this morning and I was in and out with a new battery in a few minutes and headed to work.

I asked them to check my battery, after a half hour they tested it and said "it needs charging." I asked what that means and if I need a new battery. And he said maybe or maybe not. I asked if there's anything else that can determine if I need a new battery or not and he said "I don't know". So I ended up getting a new battery installed anyway which did turn out to be dead like I initially thought and replacing it was all I needed to do. They barely acknowledged my existence and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about regarding my battery even though battery testing and replacement is one of their most advertised services.

Super nice and friendly staff! I called to see if they had an oil I needed for my car and JP had it waiting for me at the counter when I got there. What a fabulous store to have in the neighborhood

They're usually very knowledge rental prices a little steep I know it is just a deposit to insure its return but 163.00 for coolant pressure tester

This O’Reilly location has become my new go-to for all things automotive due to the manager, JP, and his fantastic customer service! He offered ample support for what was first thought to be a dead battery under warranty, and went out of his way to help troubleshoot and diagnose a more underlying issue. Hands down one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had, and will happily recommend anybody to this store.

They sell garbage here. I bought a cut-to-fit replacement mirror that did not work at all. I would have been better off just putting tin foil over my mirror. When I tried to return it, the first thing Danial, the assistant manager, said was "yeah, those things don't really work," but then refused to return it because I had cut it. Why do you sell something that does not work? How is that not a manufacturer's defect? Why did one of your associates say it would work when I bought it?Last time I shop at O'Reilly's

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Lil had excellent customer service skills. She went above and beyond to help me find my auto parts. I ordered a CV axle and a lower control unfortunately I had to order them out to be delivered at a later date. When I returned to revive my part, Lil helped me find my parts without a receipt by using my phone number. She was very nice and polite.

Great customer service!!!Just visiting Denver but SouTex Sequoia was a little sluggish starting this morning?Daniel, asst. mgr., ran full ignition diagnostic battery, starter and alternator…all good. Maybe just some average fuel or it’s just not used to altitude or cool mornings.At least one concern covered - thanks Daniel!
