Have repeatedly been sold parts that don't function right out of the box. Biggest issue is the customer service or lack thereof really. Every time I go (only out of necessity) I end up standing in like for 20+ min. Currently standing in line on Saturday and there is 2 people working and about 15 people standing in line. Absurd. This is the hub. Where is the staff. Go somewhere else.

Just bought an alternator and it looks like the guy was throwing it around before he came and gave it to me.. the box and alternator are destroyed. Absolutely disappointing. It's every o reilly lately they hire ungrateful disrespectful kids.

Horrible customer service. This is the second time I gave them a shot bc I work close. The first time I came in about a month ago. Stood in line for 10 minutes. Some one else came up and was helped immediately. When I spoke up I was told they didn’t see me….Second time was today 10/31/23. I called to see if they could replace a battery. From the first question he asked me I knew they didn’t want to help. Immediately said they only install on certain vehicles. Then when I said it’s a normal batter. He said. It depends if someone is here. I said I’ll be there probably 30 minutes from now can you help then? He kept on saying. I can’t guarantee. It all depends. Etc etc. I will not be going to this oreilly again.

Got hired at this store for commercial area was doing the best i could do to help the team worked retail and commercial but didnt like the commercial area so i asked my manager to get moved to the retail area in the store where i was more comfortable. He told me ok to help him for another week i said ok. 3 weeks pass and he still has me in the same position so i told him i didnt wanna work the commercial area anymore at all but i ended up getting fired after asking to get moved and doing the right thing so had no other choice but to quit

Manager had the absolute worst attitude I have ever seen on a person, told me to leave for looking for something I needed in isle while he was just standing on his phone, i wasnt even bothering him. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

There is a culture here amongst the employees where if they have to go in the back to get a part, they take a 15 minute break. There is no reason that every time someone needs a part it takes 25 minutes each time. Just stand in line and see - apparently management doesn’t adhere to Orileys corporate standards.

I'm here in line at Oreilly, it's Saturday at 4:30 pm. They have one employee at the register and there are almost 20 people in line. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

It's a good little outlet to go too. The staff was extremely helpful and located everything I needed. I will be going back there again when I need a part gor sure
