In the past I've had great service at this oreilleys store , yesterday made me question if I should ever return there! Took an alternator to be tested, guy first had to check and see if there's one on the machine, then asks that I return in 35 min. And it will be ready. When I return the same guy is trying to avoid me and finally gets my alternator and tells me it is good ,he tested it.after putting it back on the car it's still not working right so I take it off and go to Napa and they not only put it on their machine while I was there they tested it twice and guess what ? I need a new alternator.so I don't know how this guy got a job at oreilleys or why he hasn't been trained right to use a machine so he lied to the customer! Ilike I said in the beginning I'm now questioning if I trust oreilleys enough to return !

Went here at about 9:45 on 9/9/23 since I was quite certain they’re open until 10. But when I rolled up the open sign was off even though they were open and I saw it lit up earlier that day. So it’s pretty obvious they turned it off to deter people. Anyways, after the added step of checking google, I walked in. But both employees just awkwardly gave me dirty looks instead of greeting me or saying anything at all. I understand it’s almost closing time, but there was still time, and I was in to quickly grab something simple off the shelf and out the door. Not like I showed up at the last minute and started asking them to look up all kinds of parts. Do your job

Max helped me pick out a steering wheel lock so I would feel secure leaving my fully packed U-Haul truck, in motel parking lots during my move to FL. He has great customer service and likeability! We made it with all of our stuff safely secure. Thanks Max!

Called in the morning for a part and the sales rep said it would be in by 4pm. The rep didn’t ask for my name or number. I showed up at 430pm and the part wasn't there. The next rep said it would take 2 days. He still didn’t ask for our name or phone number. The location on Alameda ask us for our name and number. He called us when the parts came in. Day and nite. Terrible customer service. The Federal location is trash. Jus lazy.

I have been shopping O'Reilly for about 12 years and they were amazing but now they have turned into an autozone like experience. Lazy workers. O'Reilly clearly needs to step up their game. The counter people talking on personal calls while people are standing in line. Hell no! Then I get an email on an online order that it is ready for pickup. I drive a ways to go there (they had my part in stock) and they haven't even started pulling it 4 hours later. No one in the store and again, girl is on a personal call. I am done with O'Reilly. Advance is right next door and are sooooooo much better. Avoid this one at all costs.

My personal mechanic lives half a mile from this location, where I shop every time he does my auto work. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They're also open later than the one closest to my home. That's a plus.

Horrible customer service...I called ahead and asked if they could change my battery before I went over. They said yes. When I arrived, two employees said they couldn't change my battery and the third didn't feel like it. So they said I could do it myself or go to another location. What was the point of saying they could do it today when no one would? Ridiculous.
