When we first moved in a year ago we had a lot of damages in our apartment from the previous tenants. Apartment was also dirty and disgusting. We were told these things would be fixed but it never got fixed and then the whole team changed.

The staff that led me on my tour were incredibly friendly and help. Kaly asked all necessary questions, and showed me an apartment that was more than what I asked for, and well within the price range I gave her. I also met Lorena on my tour, and while there, she assisted a Spanish speaking individual by speaking fluently Spanish herself, and I thought that was indicative of an inclusive environment. Huge thank you to Kaly and Lorena!

I took a tour here last week and Sandy was honestly great. Very friendly and answered any questions I had. She consistently followed up after the tour and was quick to respond anytime I reached out. It was impressive and really stood out against the other places in the area I toured

Worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex by a long shot. I moved here from out of state and was unable to view the unit myself, so they asked if I had any requirements for my unit. I told them the only thing I absolutely needed was a patio, upon arrival my unit had no patio and was not the unit they showed me over FaceTime with a patio. They spoke of their dog park as well and this dog park was NOT a dog park, but a gated area (in the parking lot) with a broken down fence. I put in a maintenance request to have my blinds replaced the day I moved in, and put that same maintenance request in several other times and it was never fulfilled after a year and a half of being there. The staff cares about nothing other than collecting their overpriced rent. To expand on that, I lived in a “urban one bedroom” and my good friend from college lived in the complex next door where he had a standard one bedroom unit that was at least double the size of my unit and paid $200 less per month than I was paying at this complex in the same parking lot. If it’s the area you desire, I would suggest looking next door and avoid this complex. Don’t be fooled by the claims of “luxury apartments”. Nobody picks up after their animals in this complex and there is dog poop on the ground everywhere you look outside.
This is all very minor stuff compared to my experience when the time came for me to move out. After my year lease was up, I signed a short term lease with them (they increased the rent, but I had to settle because I was moving out of Denver and could not sign elsewhere for a full year) and let them know I would be moving at the end of this lease. When the time came for my move I called the office two weeks prior to be courteous and let them know I would be out of my unit at the end of the month. They threatened that I would be required to pay an additional 2 months of rent because I didn’t give a 2 month notice when in reality they were well aware I gave a 6 month notice.
The greed doesn’t stop there, they had the nerve to reach out after I relocated to ask for an address to send an invoice to after ignoring my emails requesting the name of the woman that I spoke with at the office who tried telling me that I would be required to pay 2 months of additional rent. Fortunately, I recorded my phone calls with this establishment after the many poor experiences I had with them, so Lorena, please don’t try acting unaware of who it was making those claims that YOU made over the phone in a text message after I move requesting an address for a non-existent “Final Account Statement”.

I have been thinking about relocating to Denver and wasn’t sure it would be possible until my mom found this place. She can’t stop raving about how nice and clean building is. Most importantly, my mom said she feels like I will be safe there. She said the manger, Lorena, was so kind and helpful. I plan on touring when I can make it out there before making my final decision but this is the most promising it has been.

Did a tour with Kaly and she was great. Super friendly and took the time to understand what we were looking for in an apartment. Thanks Kaly!

Please listen to the bad reviews and avoid this place like the plague. We’ve lived here for 2 years and are finally moving out.
- Expect maintenance requests to take over a month
- Garage door breaks every month for weeks on end. This wouldn’t be a problem if we were paying $50 a month for parking but we pay $125!! a month for an unsecured and broken garage that’s susceptible to theft.
- Trash everywhere. Trash in the halls, elevators, and all around the property. Hallways smell disgusting.
- Dog poop everywhere and owners let their dogs pee in the elevator
- Dog park is not even a dog park. The fence and entrances are broken in multiple places.
- A homeless person sleeping in the dog park and when management was notified all they said was “they’ll have someone fix the dog park to make it look more aesthetic”. They don’t care about our safety and have 0 critical thinking skills
- Someone ripped out one of our key fob entrances and left it unusable for weeks
- We were repeatedly charged a late fee bc the front office deposited our checks late. I would suggest all tenants take a look at their itemized invoice for wrongly charged fees and see if you’re overpaying. I have to go to the office every month and discuss this ongoing issue and every month I get the same answer “sorry we understand your frustration it won’t happen again” as it happens again… they then try to gaslight you by saying you paid late. No we do not, we turn in our rent before the 1st every time.
- We were overcharged $30 on our internet for months and no one caught it. Do your own due diligence bc there are A TON of mistakes being made.
This place is FAR from luxury. Save yourself and don’t move in

PLEASE PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE.
My boyfriend and I lived here for a mere 11 months and man do I wish I could get those months back. This was the most miserable living experience of my 26 years of living. Why?
1. BLACK MOLD. BLACK MOLD. BLACK MOLD.
We told the leasing office about this and do you know how long it took them to actually do something about it? 3 weeks. 3 weeks of breathing in this toxic spore which let me just tell you that I was severely ill for several months after finally Outlook finally let us break our lease after breaking the WARRANTY OF INHABITABILITY. I will absolutely attach photos cause I can’t make this up.
2. DOG EXCREMENT EVERYWHERE.
there will be dog poop in the stairwells, outside, next tot the pool. I mean they say that they will charge a fine if you are caught. Could you imagine how much they would make if they actually did what they said what they were going to do? I mean it’s FILTHY and honestly incredibly unsanitary.
3. THE MOST RUDE LEASING OFFICE STAFF.
Morgan and AJ are the two that stick out in my head. AJ has an entitlement issue and should not be allowed to work in customer service. Morgan made me feel stupid whenever I had a question or problem.
4. LACK OF CARE/RESPECT FOR RESIDENTS.
I mean I don’t need to go into detail about this but this was supposed to be our home. Our sanctuary yet it was the most miserable place to be/live.
SIDE NOTE: THEY LITERALLY LOST OUR LEASE? LOL. I mean they do everything on paper. Didn’t know we lived in 1942.
Whatever you do, please do not live here. Do not give them your money. Do not give them the time of day, bc of course at first they will lure you in and act like they care about you, but once you sign that lease, you’re screwed. There are incredibly apartment complexes around that will actually appreciate you as a resident.

I've lived here since April of 2020. When I moved in, the building was managed by Greystar. Greystar isn't stellar, but they have some integrity and some level of care for their residents. The same cannot be said for The Connor Group.
The Connor Group is absolutely the worst, most negligent, most dishonest property management company that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First of all, you will never receive a response from the leasing staff on your first try. You will have to send them several follow-up emails, and even then, good luck getting anything done.
The heat in my apartment didn't work all of last year. Twice, Maintenance went to my apartment and said they fixed it, and twice, nothing was actually fixed. They finally fixed it on the third try in mid-December, which is absolutely unacceptable in Denver where it gets dangerously cold in the winter.
An Amazon package was delivered to a package locker for me on MARCH NINETEENTH, EIGHTY days ago. The delivery person jammed the package locker. I have contacted the leasing staff about this several times, and the package locker remains jammed. I am legally blind and therefore cannot drive to the store, so I rely on Amazon to delver big bulk items such as paper towels. I have not been able to order big bulk items from Amazon for the past three months for fear that they'll jam another locker and the leasing staff will do nothing to free my purchases from their metal prison.
I live in a 707-square-foot apartment where NONE of the outlets in the kitchen have ever worked, and my rent is increasing to $2,150 in July. $2,150, and I have to make toast in my bedroom. This place is trash. Oh, and beware if you try to break your lease. The lease states, "Resident must provide Management with written notice of intent to move out at least sixty (60) days before the date of move-out," but if you email the leasing staff about this, they will tell you (after ignoring you for several days and requiring a follow-up email, of course), "We do not have a 60 day lease break in our contract." Never before in my life have I dealt with a company that blatantly lies about the terms that are clearly stated in their own contract. How do you argue with someone who is willfully obtuse? Best to avoid the situation altogether and simply not move to any property managed by The Connor Group.

Connor Group and Outlook DTC deserve 0 stars - it is my part time job to warn people of this disgusting and fraudulent place. Pool shutdown by health department, trash and crack in the hallways, posting and reposting fake google reviews. Liars liars liars. You will be overcharged, dismissed, and miserable!

Overall a terrible experience. My girlfriend and I had more than a few issues while living there, whether that was in the apartment itself, the garage, or recurring issues with the leasing office. The garage door to exit was broken for months, work orders took weeks to fulfill on some occasions, communication with the leasing office was out of the questions, and frankly they weren't any help either way. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Stay away.

While I was looking for a place to live, Outlook DTC was a top choice. They worked with me and my roommate for us to live in an affordable place. I got the pleasure to work with Kaly and Jen, and they were wonderful, transparent, and helpful. My roommate and I didn't go through due to last minute location purposes for work, but we would've signed in a heartbeat! Kaly answered every question I had and toured me around the safe and wonderful complex! Would recommend!
