Obsessed with this plant shop! The owners keep it clean and organized and have a wide selection and variety of plants ranging from common to rare! They also have plenty of pots, soil mixes, clear plastic pots (IYKYK) and be sure to check out the collector menu! I have bought here many times and have always been pleasantly surprised! My last purchases have been a dragon tree, and a Philo Florida beauty variegated!

Originally found this shop at the alll american plant and reptile expo and brought home some wonderful plants. Since then I have been a regular at their store location. The owners are kind, very helpful and knowledgeable. They are always willing to answer questions and concerns. They have even given plant advice through their Instagram. They are an amazing small business.

I had a great experience here! I was greeted right upon entry, and the owner helped direct me to some plants that would do well in my space. He gave me tips and even some soil to get my potting started :) I will recommend this shop to friends!

I adore this lovely shop. I’ve biked to this corridor plenty of times to go to Joyfill, and I thought why not check out the other shops too. The minute I walked into the store, I could feel myself breathing easier and my mood lifted by seeing all the gorgeous plants. I was on a mission to purchase gifts for my friend’s upcoming birthday, and I left with great local and regional finds that I know my friend will love. I chatted with Anna, the owner of the store, and she’s just as wonderful as her shop. We bonded over our passion for local small businesses and uplifting the delightful places that Northwest Denver has to offer. There is plenty of bike parking in the area, and I hope my bikers will drop by this shop at least once.

I initially called and paid a visit to Overgrown Home because of the reviews, I am on a mission to learn how to take care of my plants (accidentally killed one of my very first plants). I had read all the positive feedback and figured I would give this establishment a try (especially it being a bit of a drive for me) I am all for making a drive that is worth my time. The phone conversation was a completely different vibe than the physically interaction I had, I walked in feeling so happy because of how beautiful all the plants are, the space felt welcoming at first.
when I started conversing with whom I am guessing is the owner it felt very rushed and sort of short. From her facial expressions from the phone ringing to me asking questions, it almost felt like I just needed to hurry up and get out. Perhaps it was an off day, maybe the vibes were off I am unsure. This is the experience I had, and I am feeling disappointed, I will only speak for myself as it seems there are A LOT of satisfied customers and that’s Great! I just wish it felt more welcoming for my first time visiting.

Love this store, the plants look very home grown, and their selection of rarities is spectacular. 10/10 love this place, if you’re going for exotics/variegated, this is your go to.

I visited today and had such a wonderful experience! First all of the plants are so well taken care of. You can tell they take pride in caring for their plants as they’re all so healthy and happy. Second, Nathan, one of the owners, was so helpful answering my questions and even repotted two plants into planters for me there. Turns out one of them isn’t the right size for the space so I’ll be back very soon to get another one! Very happy to have found this gem in the neighborhood.

Best plant store in the Denver area!
The shop may be on the smaller side, but is absolutely FULL of beautiful and rare plants. Both of the employees I've dealt with have been wonderful and were happy to answer my questions. Their online menu is great, and they always have cool stuff in the back. Will absolutely be returning to Overgrown Home!
