I have been using this pack and ship for many years. I work in lone tree and bring all of my work packages from there to this location because I’ve never had any issues, they are always so professional i highly recommend them.

Great store - much better alternative to the standard UPS Store. These guys will print, pack and ship - just like the name. Authorized for UPS, USPS, and FedEx! My new go to!

They offer the best gift wrapping service I’ve ever encountered. They were solely responsible for wrapping all the gifts this Christmas. In fact, the gifts were wrapped so exceptionally well next year that I’m contemplating purchasing empty boxes and having them wrapped so I can use them as decorative props underneath the Christmas tree. There are simply too many positive aspects of their service and customer interaction to mention.

I have been using Pack & Ship for mailing my families gifts for at least the last 10 years and the owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. I have had them pack a variety of large and small items and they've been great every time. They have funny greeting cards there if you need one in a pinch, which I did for a couple of family members for Christmas. I have also used them for copying services for an estate, which was a lot of paper and they gave me a good price. I recommend customers there from my work that need faxing and notary services. Check them out, you will be pleased 😃

Horrible customer service at the Identigo. She was so rude for no reason.

Well just like your response on here - you were condescending, rude and dismissive in person. I don’t know how asking one question and being in the store for less than 2 minutes is being entitled. You only gave additional numbers to my husband who went back in for me after I left because we both thought you were rude from the get go. Good luck to anyone going here because as you can see - this is the kind of service and response you will get.

Kris at Pack & Ship was amazing, handling the packing and shipping of a chandelier I sold on Ebay!!! He even went to Home Depot for a box that was needed...and discussed the best option, going above and beyond to get me a great price. I highly recommend this store.
