I’ve come here for years with no complaints, but apparently they have a new woman working there now. She pitched an absolute temper tantrum towards myself and other guests, saying “they won’t fire me” basically saying we had to tolerate it. I’ve never seen an adult, on the clock act that way. You should be ashamed.

I have been going here for a while now, but yesterday they went above and beyond helping me ship a very heavy item. They helped me get it out of my car and then taped up the box I completely destroyed. Don’t go anywhere else! Thanks again.

I used Pak Mail to wrap and ship Tiffany china place settings (dinner plates, salad plates, soup bowls, teacups and saucers) for 125 people. They carefully packed all the China in 18 boxes. It was a huge undertaking and they did a great job. They shipped the boxes with insurance to Florida. When the boxes arrived they were all in perfect condition, not one broken piece! I highly recommend the staff at this Pak Mail and I will use them in the future.

You can ship all over with tracking. Make copies, fax and scan to email. Notary service is reasonable and I can send my document to be printed. I can pick up my package here that I do not trust coming to my house. Margo is great and very knowledgeable.

I never leave a bad review but here we go. I paid pakmail to pack and ship this handmade dinnerware set. I paid for insurance and still have not been refunded 2 weeks later.

3.5 ⭐️I was very excited to learn that this place is within walking distance for me as I ship pre-paid USPS & UPS packages fairly regularly. The women working there greeted me with a smile, were friendly enough and I was in & out quickly. I deducted two stars because my time-sensitive USPS package took a full 48 hours to start tracking, which was two days later than my client was promised. I’m assuming this delay was due to it being in the heart the holiday shipping season, so I will definitely give them another try and hopefully adjust my starts a little higher. In the meantime, I’ll just stick to the post office for time-sensitive packages that need to be shipped immediately.

Great place for shipping. They are vey courteous and helpful. They manage the space well and also have birds. You can take your dogs in. They are so quick and any you be in there for less than a minute.

The old lady here is rude… she couldn’t hand me my packages and walked to the back. Why hire old people if they can’t be nice in their last moments of life smh
