This was a great place to take my son for his birthday dinner. He loves good sea food and the sea bass was amazing. The serving staff was wonderful and attentive and we had a great experience.

And Don't look for heart-healthy choices, but do expect gracious personal service from old-school servers, red leather banquettes and dramatic dark lighting in the evening. Impress your guests by summoning the waiter to prepare a classic Caesar salad for two, tableside. Since this is the American West, sir, you may wish to begin with the smoked elk carpaccio followed by the Colorado bison.
