The marksmanship and detail in Pandora beads is incredible! They’ve lasted forever! I’ve had mine since Pandora first opened!
With all they’re great sales, you can get free bracelets with purchase, so you can spread the joy! These bracelets also grow in value!

Today i went in there and asked them to showing me Disney collection and other certain charms i wanna check, and the staff did taking out two trays from the drawers ... but most of the grids on the trays are empty. Pandora has produced lots of Disney charms over the years... I wish they could have filled up all the grids with different charms to display full trays of charms for customer to choose, not just leaving grids empty. I did buy two charms from the store today.
I go to this Pandora store in CCN everytime I'm in Denver and I've bought lots of charms/rings from them. I always had good experience. I hope next time I'm back, they will have better display of the jewelry.

Truly wouldn’t go back. I was excited since it’s my first time going to the actual store since i usually order online just to be disappointed. I didn’t catch the girls name sadly but any item I wanted to know price of she ended up giving me a higher price I don’t know if she did it on purpose or what was going on cause I later double checked and items that are 75 where being priced 150 for no reason. It’s honestly disappointing I don’t know if she thought I couldn’t afford it or didn’t want me to buy it but it was really weird I wouldn’t go again.

Jamaria was extremely patient and helpful throughout my visit to Pandora at the Cherry Creek Mall. She helped me find over 10 items I was looking for to put together my dream link bracelet (lots of charms!!). I couldn’t be more pleased with what we put together and with the customer service displayed at this location. Two of the items I wanted were not in stock, so Jamaria helped me place an order to get them shipped directly to my house. I will definitely be back and would recommend this location to a friend.

They have a current deal for their charm bracelets, if you spend so much money you’ll get the bracelet. I’m looking at the rings when a worker plops her bracelet work station where I’m looking. She then without saying anything goes to open a drawer that I’m standing in front of. Which prompted me to move out of her way. I get you are trying to help another customer, but an “excuse me” would have been polite. Just because you’re a popular business in a nice mall doesn’t mean you treat customers without respect . So gross. Learn some manners if you’re gonna be in customer service.

I came in there trying to purchase a charm and as I was shopping I thought of cleaning my bracelets. When I asked the worker to clean it one of them grabbed it with attitude and said she will take care of it. She comes out after 2 min and says it was done. I look at my bracelets and it was all yellow. Initially my bracelets and charms were clear silver and when she came out with it the whole thing was yellow and ruined. I was very upset due to the fact that my two bracelets were worth 2500$ and she just ruined it. As I tell her it looks yellow she just looks at me and says “well there is nothing I can do”. Another worker came to talk to me and tried to help so she send my brackets back so they can clean them again. AGAIN THEY LOOKED WORSE. This time a guy comes out with it saying he was the manager. As I was kindly telling him my situation and how it was not fair that the other worker ruined my bracelets he simply replied with “ Well I can’t help you with it that’s how it was”. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISRESPECTFUL COMIMG FROM A MANAGER that’s clearly not trained on how to deal with costumers. As another worker looks at my bracelet she says “the color looks warmer but not yellow” like how stupid it is to say that when initially my bracelets and charms were perfectly silver and not yellow. Definitely ruined my bracelets and did nothing to try to help me. Very disappointed in the way they handle costumer especially with the manager so called Ken. After three times of putting my bracelets with the charms to the solution to wash I still left with them looking yellow cuz the manager and the workers refused to do their job correctly. They could of simply washed all my charms and rub them separately so they can go back to at least the stage I had them they made them worse instead and didn’t even apologize and were RUDE. Do not ruin your bracelets like mine at this place. I left with my bracelets feeling wet because they didn’t even rub the solution off and disappointment from my bracelets being ruined.

Not happy at all i placed and order it was purchased already and it got cancelednot explanations or reason why it was canceledtried calling and nobody answered i won't be purchasing from there any more

This place it’s cool but you really gotta stand around and wait to get someone to help you employees there take zero initiative, they will leave you there standing but I only see that as a problem for socially awkward folks other than that my lady loved the ring and they have great prices

I had the worst experience the other day, I went in to return a ring and the associate helping me was scolding me the entire time. And instead of returning my money to my debit card, she returned the full amount back to my credit card even though I had only made a partial payment through that card. I asked if I could repurchase the ring and make the return back to my debit card and the associate refused. On top of that now I have to deal with the bank.

Pandora at Cherry Creek Shopping Center in Denver, Colorado was our first Pandora store, and the store was neat, clean and modern.
the staff was very helpful and friendly and greeted us with a smile, we were able to find the charms and bracelets we had come looking for, and the staff was helpful in getting the sizing right, there was a slight misunderstanding with our purchase and we went back to have, it was sorted out quickly and efficiently.
the store is located inside the mall, so there is parking, a food court and many other things available here.
we will visit this store again.

Worst store ever their return policy is horrible. They don’t give cash as an option for a return and the Manager is the most rudest non helpful person

Very weird store service. This was my first time in a US pandora store but the store structure and how they tend to customers was very weird to me. I knew exactly what I wanted but still had to wait 30 minutes. Just very weird.

If you want to feel judged & stared at come to this Pandora! ?? Love being treated like I can't afford to buy anything. I genuinely dislike everytime I come into this store as every employee always treats me like it's my fault that they work there lmao, which sucks cause Pandora jewelry is cute but everyone that works there is entitled
