More expensive than some of my favorite restaurants. $10 for half a sandwich! And it was tiny. $20 for a pick two meal. I haven't been here in years and prob never will again.

A cup of soup at Panera now is $9 !! I spent $35 got apick two and an extra cup of soup, only for my roommate and I to be sick with food poisoning. I've been very disappointed in panara not with just the quality but the prices as well I cut the soup wasn't even filled up to the top and for $9 it should be. I also received baguettes that could be used as a billy club.

Normally, Panera is a pleasant and relaxing experience, but the employees at this one yelled the F word more than any restaurant I have ever been to (10+ times in a few minutes not counting many other offensive things they said). It wasn’t just one. Several of the employees in the cook area were loud, obnoxious, and extremely inconsiderate. I had to move to the other side of the restaurant, but you could still hear them. Fortunately, the kids were in school lol. Most customers don’t appreciate this kind of ridiculous, over the top behavior, anyway.

Staff are loudly talking with one another about personal lives and exploits - so loudly I couldn’t maintain a quiet conversation with my companion - I don’t come to restaurant to listen to young adult drama!!

They’re nice and service is decent. But 8 dollars for 2 spoons of chicken noodle soup once you pour the broth out. It wasn’t even enough for my 2 year old.

Got a bagel and cream cheese to go.Quite a surprise when back on the road driving to work and find the cream cheese in a container and a knife. I suppose Panera encourages smearing and driving.

I’ve been to this location twice now and both times they have forgotten my extra caesar dressing that was paid for. Like, it isn’t a big deal but it’s also just principal at this point. And then their regular cup of caesar has got to be the smallest I’ve seen in my life. When you pay $16 for a pick 2 NO DRINK, I would expect my order to be fully fulfilled. Won’t be returning to this location or probably any other Panera no matter what. Hope people stop supporting this trash corporation and it goes out of business.

Cool menuWish they would give full order, not only what’s been partially heard, or at least ask again, had to come back and have them correct it, but whole day have to be rearranged since wait time is the same that you do in airportWish I’d know beforehand

15$ for a sandwhich with half of a tiny slice of tomato.Increase your prices, shrink your product right?I won't be back.Guest service was excellent but the portion size for the $$ was just abysmal.

I am so incredibly impressed by, and grateful for, this Panera location. Especially Nick! I ordered catering for a work event, but I made a big mistake — and Nick helped me correct it, but he had to cancel the old order and put in every single new order (26 box lunches!) himself, which must have been so time consuming for him. He was so kind about it and he even got everything correct (no small feat since there were several accommodations!) Then he delivered the food himself and was on time. The name of everyone’s order was written on the box lunches with sharpie, making it so easy to tell who got what. I have never been more impressed with a catering experience and I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you, Nick and thank you, Panera!!

Just paid 7 dollars for a small cup of coffee, 7 dollars for a small cup of soup and 9 dollars for a quarter of sandwich. The sandwich is so small it fits in the palm of my hand. I'd rather burn my money over an open flame.
