Incredibly expensive. Over $60 for a woman’s suit.

This place is in a convenient location, so I really wanted to like them. Never again. The first visit they put creases in my military uniforms that I specifically asked them not to. This time they charged me 80 dollars for five garments! There was nothing special about these items, just regular pants and sweaters. The most outrageous prices in Denver!

I thought the prices were reasonable for household items. I paid $115 for two comforters (one was down) and two pillow shams. Other places quoted me $159 just for the comforters. The drive up is very convenient and everyone I interacted with was friendly.

Went in one week with 5 pairs of pants and the price was around $33 for press only. Next week with the same load it was $37. Week after that was $41. Quality was good and the girl working the place was nice but those prices are crazy

I paid $76 for 5 dress shirts and 5 pairs of slacks. This was AFTER a 20% off coupon. This place has the most absurd prices i've ever seen. 0/10 would not recommend

Horrible
I paid ~$40 to get cleaned a beige thigh-length trench coat that had 2 chocolate stains. They charged 2 additional fees, ~$6 each, for the stains. Today I found that the 2 stains they charged extra for were still there, just lighter! They pretended it was all gone when I picked it up and charged me ~$12 more dollars for stains they didn't remove. I'm done with this company.

I'm familiar with their expensive prices but I gathered, that since I was bringing in an expensive trench coat with several small stains that it would be worth it. When I picked it up I noticed that none of the stains had come out. Furthermore, the stitching around the buckle has come half undone. I was rather appalled but was fortunate that Allison, the lady working on that day was phenomenal. She didn't treat me like a number, instead she acknowledged that a poor job was done and it didn't reflect their level of service and offered to re-do it. I wouldn't ever consider going back if it wasn't for Allison. She takes care of you like people once did! for this person alone, I will give them a second chance.

The prices at this place are insane. $13 for a skirt? Items weren't available when expected, cut didn't receive a Courtesy call. Was initially told the only items I'd left were a couple of shirts until I showed the receipt. Was then informed they'd received a call earlier in the day that my items were delayed. I guess they outsource their dry cleaning? I'm not sure the purpose of a dry cleaning business that outsources their dry cleaning. I let the associate know I'd appreciate a courtesy call if this were to happen again; I wasn't in a hurry to get my items back, but was annoyed at having to make the trip to pick up twice. Response was defensive and unwilling to hear the feedback. Discovered another cleaners that offers free pickup and delivery in my area, and charge under $10 for basic slacks. Still on the high side, but far more convenient.

For 1 bag of clothing, it was over $120!! They charge over $10 to clean a basic pair of slacks and $3.50 for a dress shirt! Quality was good, but the price was exorbitant. I will not be back.
