Definitely worth a return trip. The bill was good for how much you get. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.

Stopped in to cool down on a hot summer day with an iced coffee and some AC; The staff behind the counter were great. I ordered the London Fog and it was the perfect afternoon pick me up.

Peet's is always consistently excellent coffee, far better than the green mermaid place across the street. This one could use a little more seating, but I don't think that's an issue other than during peak rush times (when most people are likely not looking for seats anyway)-1 star only because this is a Peet's franchise thru the hotel, and so don't honor app check-ins.

Rude!!! Rude!!! I love Peet’s researched just to find one for this week trip so I could go by daily! The dark haired girl was nasty to me! She acted like she was put out to answer my question.. I asked why they didn’t have Big Bang coffee, and I asked if I could have my muffin warmed. I then asked where the lids were, and which way to head out to The Mint on the icy sidewalk... I got the eye roll like I was stupid,.. really??? It takes zero talent to be rude, so I will not be back nor will my husband who was also a patron daily ... be aware of how you speak to people you just might lose loyal consumers

Not a lot of seating inside. It's interesting that it's split with a Dairy Queen. A few low chairs and two person tables. One four person table and then three seats at the bar. Two gender neutral restrooms and then some Starbucks merchandise. You can even buy a few bags of your favorite coffee blend. Fairly small location but they do have some outdoor seating. I ordered via the app but my croissant and chai tea were ready within a few minutes. Other people coming in were out quickly with their drinks. This location is quiet which I appreciate for studying. They were playing music but it wasn't overly loud like some Starbucks. Temperature was also comfortable. Minor thing to mention but the locations near me always feel sub zero cold.

The coffee was great, but the woman at the register was incredibly rude and unfriendly. She acted like I was bothering her to even be there.

Today I was enjoying a coffee while doing my homework. Out of nowhere one of the employees came and told a man to leave. It was clear the man was homeless, but he had bought a coffee and was just enjoying it in the corner. It's 40 degrees today, and obviously he'd spent the money to enjoy himself in the warmth for a few minutes. They claimed that there were complaints about his behavior, but I was sitting near him and up until then hadn't noticed anything. He seemed genuinely sad and shocked to be asked to leave. I packed up my stuff and will not be going back to get Peet's coffee ever again. If they won't stand up for their homeless patrons, then I don't want to buy from them ever again. The homeless are humans and deserve to be treated with dignity. Shame on Peets.

First, I was super excited that there was a Peets nearby. I live in Memphis, and the closest I get to Peets is their bagged coffee at specialty grocery stores. I was sorely disappointed with my experience. I'm staying at the Sheraton, and the construction going on is a little confusing. Peets is connected within the Sheraton, but with the construction, you can't access it from inside. You have to go outside and around the block; it's directly across from Starbucks. The workers seemed to be more interested in their own conversation than taking my order. The cashier had a serious case of RBF, and made me feel like I was interrupting her conversation by giving my order. I just wanted a parfait and a muffin for my breakfast (I went to Starbucks for tea earlier this morning). What is nice though, is that if you are staying at the Sheraton and forgo housekeeping services, you will get a $5 coupon to use at one of the hotel restaurants (Peets included).

Refused to take Peet’s Coffee coupons and rude service. What’s the point of brand recognition if it doesn’t actually function within the Peet’s system??
