I went in for a free brake check, they showed me my brakes and said I had at least 50% of my pads left. They could have easily told me they were bad and charged me for something I didn't need. I appreciated their honesty.

Do not come here. They went with the expensive option(over $1100) of the repair, called me saying they did a test drive and everything was fantastic, as soon as I left the store I knew that was not the case. Zero integrity .Told them issue was persisting, then they presented the cheap option of about $90 repair, and what do you know, problem solved. They also overcharged on the hours they worked, the time they finished the work as well as getting the "needed parts" from other stores did not make sense in, as well as other services added on, leading me to feel they didn't even perform the expensive option. I feel so foolish working with them, RUN AWAY! Will submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau Update: The canned "We are sorry" from pepboys rep says all you need to know about this business, they are used to being awful and rely on new customers, the same way a traveling circus uses up all its good will and moves on to a new town

I really like how they speak to their customers. There was clear advise given that was not in their best interest but they gave it anyway. To me thats a good sign of a good repair shop. Looking out for you more than they are them. I have made a note and will be back for more work soon. Had I not heard that conversation I likely wouldn't be driving the 25 minute to get to them for future work, but now I know its worth it.

Mr. Richardson had my car repaired as I requested and the technician actually went out of his way to fix a problem I had which I appreciate very much. While I was waiting on my car there was another customer who was upset about his car broke down and tried to blame it on the shop, Mr. Richardson calmly explained to him the issues and tried hard to de- escalate the tension, I was ready to hold the guy down if he reach into his backpack... Fortunately, no harm happened. Mr. Richardson toughen up and stand on his ground when the man turns erratic by offered to take a look at the man's car. We need more honest man like Mr. Richardson.

These guys are great. I came in stumbling on three wheels due to my car losing 4 of its 5 lug nuts on a rear wheel. Explained to them my situation and told me to pull up the door to take a look. The mechanic threw the car on the lift, tightened everything up and sent me on my way. I kid you not, all in less than 5 minutes. I offered food or something to compensate the time spent. But he kindly declined. Thank you again gentleman. Real MVPs š

9am appointment for new battery. Newer car with start stop components and didnāt want to mess with it .
Dropped off at 9:10. Was told at most 3 hours for service and that they were short 1 person today . Said all good . 3 hours is long but a call out isnāt the managers fault .
4 hours later I had received a call . Decided to come back and see thinking it should be at least almost done . NOPE . Car was in The same spot I left it at 9am.
Asked what the status was , and was told they hadnāt even gotten near it yet, and that the only mechanic they had on today was at lunch . Said alright let me get my keys and Iāll go somewhere else, considering I had wasted more than 4 hours of my day at that point .
They then COULDNāT FIND MY KEY OR PAPERWORK . No idea where it was. The mechanic apparently took it from the desk and didnāt tell anyone where he put it. When they finally found my key it was 2 pm . Total of 5 hours spent WAITING FOR NOTHING .
Took my car and went somewhere else. Then got an email saying āsorry you missed your appointment.ā Donāt visit this shop .

I have nothing but love here they take of my cars the staff is on point and the shop manager the man knows his stuff. Highly recommended.
