Pep boys was so accommodating! I was in a bind to get a quick oil change before a trip and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning. Being new to the area, I will definitely be using them for future vehicle maintenance. The staff, especially Kabrin Garcia, was so helpful, attentive, and kind.

Kabrin Garcia was absolutely fantastic, he was the one who personally helped us. all the guys were very helpful, that we interacted with. We hit a pot hole, popped a tired, messed up more(won’t go into the details) they were able to get our car parts and tires replaced within 8 hours. Tremendous service. They also provided a great military discount.

We got a chunk of truck tire winter chain that punctured our time on I -70 and Trevor and his crew were open past 5:00 and fixed our tire in about 30 minutes. Saved us a lot of time and roadside assistance headache and we felt safe driving back home on our repaired tire. Thank you Trevor and team for helping us.

I came in looking to have a leaky tire patched. Kabrin at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The team identified that the leak was too close to the sidewall to be patched, and offered to put my spare tire on free of charge. Overall excellent service and I would definitely go here again!

While they completed my service (battery replacement) without an appointment and in a reasonable amount of time, they did not reinstall all other parts in the engine bay that they had to move to replace the battery. This could have led to a catastrophic coolant leak.
The most crucial part they didn't replace was mounting a coolant hose to a support bracket. This left the coolant hose resting against the engine block, which would lead to a melting of the coolant hose. Additionally, the tech did not screw down one of the bolts holding the battery mount in place.
Disappointing quality of work and attention to detail in doing the job right. The price was, indeed, too good to be true.
