if i could leave them 0 starts i would. in 2021 i purchased my shihzhu, shortly after he was 8 months he started showing us bad signs. he was born with kidney failure and hip displasia. we notified pet ranch, they obviously didn’t care about the thousands of dollars at the emergency vet, all because of him coming from a puppy mill and being over bred. he happened to cross the rainbow bridge shorty after he turned 2.they don’t care about the health of these dogs, to me it’s more then a dog. it was family. it was devastating. i highly discourage anyone to buy from this store. i wish i did all the research before i went to this store, but i’m glad i loved this fur baby and never gave up on him with the short 2 years i had with him.

If I could leave no stars I would. I got a dog from here and it was really sick. Makes me sick to think how horribly they treat them. They don't guarantee them either. They really should shut down. It's just a puppy mill. Be careful. Update the dog is still sick and a vet bill for 600.00 and we are still trying to make her better. DO NOT BUY A PET FROM THIS PLACE!

After visiting multiple times and doing research, we decided to add a cocker spaniel pup to our family. The staff at Pet Ranch were great, super informative and so kind! Our little guy got his first vet appointment free, where he got a clean bill of health. Prices aren’t terrible, very comparable to any breeder (I actually know places that sell some pups for WAY more).As far as environment- the multiple times I visited they were clean, happy and I had no concerns (especially coming from working in the animal field). People have to realize- they are puppies. They are not trained. They will go to the bathroom- however the staff was always super quick and attentive at cleaning up messes (both in the kennels and on the pups themselves). They ALWAYS had staff around kennels with an eye on the pups.We received a ton of paperwork with him, microchip info, all health records, ACA registration, parents ACA registration, food, etc etc.Overall- if you are thinking of adding a four legged family member to your family, I would recommend checking Pet Ranch out and forming your own opinion. We had a wonderful experience and our little guy has been an absolute joy!

Went yesterday, and found my Wheaten Terrier! Oh my gosh the best addition to my family. I have seen people complain about pricing, but if you want an AKC Puppy you are going to pay. The staff here is so helpful, and friendly. Thank you Pet Ranch!!!!

Do not get a puppy from here! My puppy has had kennel cough, giardia, and has spinal fusion. Please do your research. I wish I would have.

Customer service is great. But it is a puppy mill store. A lot of their puppies are mixed breeds that they try to pawn off as limited, hard to find, or exotic breeds that are one of a kind. Hardly any pure breeds or anything more than a very small dog. A lot of the puppies seem to be missing something in their diet because they would completely fight over who would get to eat the poop that the other dog just had. Pretty disgusting cages and smells. They do walk around just spraying air freshener randomly.

I understand that the employees are not the happiest, cleaning after puppies all day. However, they are straight up rude there, they bang the cages really loud and give you the ugliest stares. Just adopt a pupper!
