Every time I visit, I am genuinely greeted and helped better than most places. Yesterday, Kat, spent 15 minutes with me answering tons of my questions. She was thorough and incredibly knowledgable. Her recommendation on wet food was well received by my cat. This location is now my go-to for anything my cat needs!

I like that this store is walking distance from home. The staff is friendly. My issue is the lack of not having the same brand of food for my cat. I really feel it's important to keep your pet on the same food. Unless you are planning on switching. I purchased Rachael Ray Nutrish 6 lb bag because it was the indoor formula. This shopping trip the store didn't have it. So I had to settle for something different. I hope my kitty likes it.

Usually just buy food and dog wash here. They are great with the wash and managing waitlists, if any. Always available and clean. Provided shampoo is kind of worthless, but we usually buy our own. No big deal, it's essentially free. Staff is always nice, despite having to clean up after our Bernese Mountain Dog destroying the place.

Been shopping here for about 5 months. My cat had stopped eating for the last couple days and had us worried. Lucy and coworker(i didnt catch their name) educated us a bit on another food option. After receiving the cat food lesson, my wife and i decided to get a couple of their recommendations to share with our cat. Finally, hes eating! THANK YOU PETCO TEAM!
