I was charged 20% more than the in-store advertised price for more than one product. I am beyond disappointed and I will need to choose another place to buy food, treats and toys for my pup. Disappointed

My 2 huskies were groomed by Chris today, & I am so grateful for his time & care he put into this huge job! They are absolutely beautiful. I am so sorry I couldn't tip you, Chris, I am unemployed right now, but hope to be on track once this strike with King Soopers is over. I will deliver it to you personally!

Chris went above and beyond recently while grooming our golden retriever, Toby. He spent 5.5 hours making sure Toby was as handsome as ever, getting many mats out, brushing his teeth, trimming nails, etc. Typically, Toby’s grooming sessions last 3 hours maximum, though this time, there was a lot of work to be done and we know Chris and team were busy with Toby the entire time. When we picked Toby up, we also witnessed the kindness that Chris had towards him – Toby was so happy even after a long day. Thank you for taking such good care of Toby, Chris.
Aside from grooming, the store was also clean and tidy. My toddler enjoyed looking at the animals and many fish while we waited for Toby.

I went about an hour before closing and it was fairly busy, I had a couple of moments where I could have used assistance, but no one was around to help. Not a problem as I used my own analysis to pick the better product after some thorough label reading. Convenient location and checkout is always swift.

The groomers at this petco are by far the rudest people I have ever met. Specifically the women with the pink hair - If you hate where you work and what you do THATS LITERALLY YOUR PROBLEM - get a grip and maybe get a new job you like so you don’t have to be a b every day.

Maxx does such a good job grooming our schnauzer, Tucker! We’ve gone to a few places over the years but consistently come back to this specific Petco for grooming. Would recommend scheduling an appointment with Maxx!

I took my dog into this petco to get her nails trimmed. Online it claims there is no need for appointment. I showed up and the grooming staff was incredibly rude and unpleasant. Honestly wouldn’t trust them with my dog anyway. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location, which is very sad because I was in there at least 2 times a week. Definitely lost a customer because of this situation.

The absolute worst groomers in all of Colorado. The manager with pink hair is relentlessly rude. I understand there are policies that make no sense but her demeanor as well as basic human decency was not there. She belittled and spoke to me like a child because I simply asked why they couldn’t take his vet records from the shelter.
Just know if you have a shelter animal they won’t accept his records and will discriminate against them and you.
I will not be returning and have found a far better groomer close by she is an independent groomer who did way better than Petco ever could. For far less.

I come in every week and it’s always been a great visit! Thank you all for your help and kindness. The employees all are amazing, but I can only remember one name. “Old lady here” Dave the cashier.

They clearly don't train the cashier's properly. Lost money on a $8 fish for because the cashier refunded the wrong fish for a $3 fish guess we will be going to Petsmart from now. They seem to have better trained staff their. I even gave the girl a tip and still got shafted in the end🙄
The first time we went in there was a rough experience as well I got ignored by the worker because she was to busy flirting with a guy in the isle. I asked a person in a Petco shirt for help and was rudely told "she only here to help the pet adoption so" and then walked off before anything else could be said. Spent an hour in the store waiting and trying to get someone's attention. If it wasn't so close to the house I wouldn't have been back, but 3 strikes and your out I'm never returning to this store.
