Profiled the second I walked in. Just trying to buy dog treats and had a female employee walk past me 3 times in less than two minutes. I stop to google “can small dogs have chicken feet” then a male LP employee looks me up and down going past 2 more times in the next 30 seconds. Check out girl was rude as well. Kin folk don’t shop here.

We went to adopt a cat, the process was very slow, we had to go almost 5 times to be able to achieve it, the service is very terrible

My dog gets treated very well at Petsmart. when we drive near the store, she gets really excited. She loves to run into that store like it’s Toys “R” Us and she’s a kid lol. Then, when we check out, they give her a treat and have her sit, and she gets to show off her tricks for a treat. My dog walks in happy and leaves happy every time.

Had a terrible experience just now trying to adopt a cat and was treated very rudely by the manager with children present - would recommend another PetSmart location.

Kind of disappointed in this experience. I own multiple aquariums and will frequent stores when I am looking to add to my schools. I was happy to find some fish I had been looking for. Asked for help with getting the fish and the first employee seemed to have no issue with this request. However the employee that was sent over after hearing my request then said that they couldn't sell fish within 20 minutes before close? She was polite enough about it and we just left - but this is the first time I have ever had a petsmart employee say anything about this policy. I've visited various other locations, generally in the evening due to my work schedule, and never had this issue. So again, just an over all a disappointment - especially because I do not live in the immediate area.

The manager at this location cancels orders because she doesn't understand how promo codes / vouchers work. You will be out of luck if it is a one time use code. She will call you only after cancelling instead of beforehand. Other locations in Denver know how to fulfill these orders and don't go vigilante overriding Petsmart's order fulfillment.

Went there yesterday, was excited to see some new natural chew options and lots of sale items. We had a lovely check out experience with Jaime who made us laugh. Despite her amazing customer service skills, she was very quick. there was a bit of a line when we got to checkout, but she managed to get through everyone incredibly fast. She also talked up their dog training program with Jordon, which is an amazing resource for the south Denver community. It was a lovely outing and one of our best trips to PetSmart.
