Lovely studio atmosphere, lots of light. Intimate class sizes and welcoming, kind instructor. I just stopped in for one class while passing through town and you all made me feel like it was my home studio! Thanks so much PH7.

I love this cute little studio. It's welcoming and truly equipped with everything you need for a great Pilates workout. My girlfriend and I decided to try partner sessions, and we were lucky to have Erin Luke as our instructor. Let me tell you, she's absolutely amazing! Every session with her feels like catching up with an old friend. What's truly remarkable is how she can turn even the most challenging workouts into an absolute blast. She can explain/break down the movements very well and provides great feedback, so we don't have to spend too much time focusing on whether or not our form is correct and can just move through the session. We consistently walk out of the studio feeling like we've just had an incredibly effective yet FUN workout.Erin keeps things engaging and motivating, so you don't even realize how hard you're working until you're done. We're always pleasantly surprised at what we've accomplished by the end of each session. We both feel a big difference in our flexibility, strength, and even our posture. I can't recommend booking with her enough, especially if you find reformer Pilates intimidating like I did!

I took a class here in April and loved it. The space is cute and clean. Carrie, the instructor, was great; very knowledgeable, warm, and encouraging. The other patrons were fun. I found the workout challenging in a good way and will definitely be back next time I am in town.

I've had a great experience all around with the instructors and the owner. I mistakenly booked a class at the wrong location a few weeks ago, and the owner was kind enough to put the session back onto my account so that I could still use it. Every class I've been to has been the perfect combination of challenging and supportive. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Gentle. Dropped in for a $20 "gentle reformer pilates" class. It was my first time. It was very "gentle" according to my friend who goes a couple times a week. Instructor was a few minutes late but very kind and I think went a few minutes after to make up for it. Space was cute. It's located upstairs and only 4 reformer machines so a small class. Not recommended if you are wanting a lot of cardio. But it was a nice gentle stretch.

PH7 pilates is truly my home away from home. No, I don't have a pilates reformer machine at home, but the studio makes me feel so welcome and comfortable. I started taking classes there almost a year ago, but was still frequenting other studios. I fell in love with the studio and owner Jen, they are so kind and the classes are so fun. Recently, with the shutdown, I have pivoted to 2x a week one-on-one classes. Kit is my personal trainer and has really made my body and mind feel post-lockdown once more. Seriously, the best money I have ever spent!

I have FINALLY found my studio! So background on me - I have major back issues and was told that I'd probably have to have surgery to fix them (and I'm only 30!). After my PT suggested I give pilates a try, I tried several studios around town. All had their strengths and weaknesses, but they just weren't the right fit for me. I tried a class at PH7 and immediately saw the difference. The instructors are SO knowledgeable, friendly, and hands-on. This is not a 'follow the script and blast music' kind of place. They watch and listen to their students needs while making sure you get the most out of every class. A lot of students also have some type of injury/recovery and the instructors will adjust for your needs. They have a wide variety of classes and equipment, so you can get whatever you're looking for. Kit's Combo class is fun and get's your heart rate up, and the Abs and Butt class will seriously have you feeling that burn! Their private sessions are also great for beginners or if you want that personal experience. I've been a regular now for a year and not only do I love it, but it's completely saved my back!

I have literally been to hundreds of workout classes of every kind- this year I decided I was only going to do things "I enjoyed". That meant no more HIIT classes or spinning etc because I actually hated doing them. Instead, yoga, pilates, and barre. I am so glad I found Jen (owner) and PH7 pilates, it has become my favorite place to workout. I LOVE all the instructors and really consider them an integral part of my community.

Just finished my first week of virtual Pilates class with Cher. She is a great instructor and really does a good job of explaining each exercise. Signing up is also an easy process. Highly recommend!

I've been attending classes at pH7 pilates consistently for the past two years. I return time and again because I've found the instructors to be very knowledgeable and compassionate. The class sizes are small therefore allowing individual attention and correction as needed; optimizing the benefits I gain from each routine. The studio atmosphere is perfect for all experience levels. Highly recommend!
