Phil Long Ford gave me excellent service. This is my third time using them and each time has been positive. I really like their pick up and delivery service because my schedule is so busy I have difficultly finding time to take my car in for service. They really were a life saver this week when my car needed an oil change and then started having battery problems. I can't thank them enough for getting me going again with minimal interuptions to my day. All with kindness and patience.

I live out of state and found the Ford F150 I wanted at Phil Long. The GM, Sales Team and Finance team were amazing.Super helpful and responsive and answered all my questions as well as getting the truck I wanted for a good price with extra warranties etc.I’ve bought cars all over and this was the easiest experience I’ve had. It’s a well run dealership with good people.Give em a shot you won’t be disappointed!

You opened at 7am, I got there at 7:05am. They said an hr to 2hr wait. Which I was fine with. I was only getting an oil change. At 8:48am I asked them about my car because I hadn't seen it in the service area the entire time I was there. Even though other people thar had arrived after me had come and gone for the same service. They forgot about my vehicle and had me out of there by 9:20 after I mentioned. They can do better

We ordered our trucks through Robert, he was awesome. Took the time to talk to us on the phone and walk us through everything. Was very good at communicating through the process. And made me feel good about the purchase even giving me a better deal on the truck. When it came time to buy the truck my sales rep was James. He was awesome. Very attentive. I even came back because I had a question about the truck. He took the time to look into it, brought me over a similar truck to compare and made sure all of my questions were answered. Thanks for the great service.

Excellent experience. Dwayne in the Service Dept was exceptional. Vehicle was ready as quoted even though the repairs were extensive and the weather was severe. There are 2 Ford dealers closer to my home, but I will drive to Phil Long for any future service my Explorer might need.

I love the car valet service. We live a pretty good distance from the dealership. We'll love Phil Long Ford and are always happy to give them our business when purchasing a vehicle. But driving there for maintenance can really impact our day. The valet service allows us to keep our vehicles maintained without impacting our daily lives. Dave the driver always provides great service. And Chippy went the extra mile to ensure our vehicle was road ready for our upcoming trip. Thank you all so much!

I had an issue with my 2023 F150 Tremor that required immediate attention. My local dealer told me they couldn't look at it for over 2 months. I called Phil Long Ford and while they didn't have an available appt, James, the Service Rep, asked if I could bring it in and they would try to work it in over the next week or so. James and team had it repaired in one day! They have a new loyal customer. I will gladly drive the extra distance for this type of customer service. James was great, very knowledgeable, excellent communication. Highly recommend!

The service appears to be good work and the advisor was very personable steering me away from some unnecessary repairs. The prices were as expected for dealership repair. However, the communication was very poor. I was told when I made the reservation that it would be 2-3 days. I dropped it off Monday night and did not get any communication until I reached out on Wednesday. At that point I was told it will be another day, so still within the promised window. On Thursday, I got a call from the advisor and we went through all the issues and repairs that I wanted. I was told that it should be done by the end of the day and was supposed to get a photo of one of the issues. I then received no communication until Friday, when I called asking for status. I was told it would be another roughly 2 hours, which was honored. I was simply disappointed with having to pull the information from the advisor rather than the information being provided to me freely. There was also a lack of urgency with the vehicle. I was lucky that I did not have a dire need for the vehicle on the 4th day, but did have to rent a vehicle to cover the extra day.

Our truck needed immediate attention. We were 3 hours from home, and I pulled in to have it looked at…Gary & Beau were incredibly kind and helpful. The problem was quickly diagnosed, and while they explained the two week wait on their schedule, they managed to get the part ordered and the truck was fixed within 48 hours. Cannot say enough about how they made a bad situation so much better! Highly recommend Phil Long!!!!Service: Tires

I took my 2017 Explorer in for electrical issues. When we dropped the vehicle we informed them that the battery was new and has been tested before we brought it in to Phil Long Denver. We also bought the upper level extended warranty, but no one seemed to know about it until I reminded them.They were able to address and fix the wipers coming on all by themselves. But for the rest of the problems the diagnosis was replace the battery. I paid $225.00 for them to tell me I needed a new battery, which was under warranty. I paid it and went straight to the store that sold us the battery. They tested it multiple times, with me standing right next to them. Here is the results of that testing. All good, on all areas. Things that make you go, HUH!?!?

I had a great experience with the service department recently. I brought my vehicle in for a recall and a break issue. I worked with Fernando and he did a wonderful job. Fernando was knowledgeable, efficient, and great communicator the entire time. He also helped me set up a ride to get me on site to pick up my vehicle. The shuttle driver, Ed, was also kind, a great communicator and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I will definitely return for future service needs!

My service advisor Dwayne, was awesome. He got my vehicle in and looked at in a timely manner, (especially in today's day in age where everything is booked out for weeks and people Don't get that), but anyway.... The service was provided and taken care of quickly and he even called my warranty company to get it covered. Made it easy for me. Absolutely great service! My SUV sat for a MONTH, at Larry Miller Ford with almost no communication from the tech OR the managers who said, "OH, I will get back to you" and never did. I pulled the plug on Tuesday and Phil Long drivers came and picked up my car and took it to their shop. In TWO DAYS! they were able to duplicate my problem and confirm it. Communication was OUTSTANDING! The best service I have had from a dealer. Only thing I wish was that they were not so backed up that my car cannot be serviced for 4 months. However, I did find a recommended transmission shop that can do the work next week and James had his drivers drive it over there! What service! Forget Larry Miller Ford, my business will go to Phil Long Ford!

I went to purchase a vehicle today and I had Julian help me. Julian was wonderful! I would give him 5 stars if I could. He made the whole process easy and wasn't a typical pushy salesman which I really appreciated. I test drove the vehicle earlier in the day and came back later to make the purchase. We started all the paperwork, got approved for financing, and the manger approved a new negotiated price. I had already sent proof of income, as well as insurance. We pretty much completed the transaction. However, another salesman came storming in the room and started going through all the paperwork I had already signed only to get rude with Julian saying he already sold the same vehicle. Julian went to speak with the manager. When the manager came back he had a smirk on his face and told us the vehicle had sold just 7 minutes prior. I wasted time and energy at Phil Long Ford. I don't blame Julian for any of this as it seems to be poor management that doesn't have a clue of what's going on especially since they had already approved me and negotiated a new price. In my honest opinion, I think I was the one to complete the transaction first but due to the negotiation of price being approved (which was only $900 off), they gave it to the other buyer at the price they were originally offering. I'm very disgusted with how poorly this situation was handled. I would highly recommend that whomever this manager is gets it figured out so they don't have this happen with future buyers as it will gravely affect their business. I will not ever go back to Phil Long Ford of Denver, nor will I recommend this business to anyone. If you do choose to go here, please ask for Julian as he was the only one during this whole process who was understanding and professional.
