Rude and dumb customer service, not even any notes on previous conversation and supposed to contact me as to what works as to mobility devices. Greedy insurance ripoff, nasty philosophy towards us disabled seniors. No more Aetna, either.

I know most people like my self question these reviews but there is quite a few negative ones here so trust them. This place has dreadful customer service, I purchased a mobility scooter from them 3 years ago. They were real happy to accept Medicare and Medicaid then because it was a substantial purchase. But now when I called about a replacement battery they don’t want to help. When I first called the lady she said as long as I purchased it there that yes I am allowed a replacement battery. But then all of a sudden they claim not to be able to find my scooter purchase at all even though I have the receipt. But then they said that they will not accept Medicaid for a new battery because they just don’t do that anymore. Medicaid is more than willing to pay for it but they said it would have to be a cash transaction. Those batteries are not cheap and Medicaid told me that they would absolutely pay for it. So run don’t walk away from this place they do not care about their customers and were very rude when telling me that they would not help me! I am reviewing the location in Pueblo Co that is located on 29th St

I just learned that Physician's Choice Medical is under new management. Eddie is great, very helpful and knowledgeable and went the extra mile assisting with a hospital bed that was needed for a family emergency. I will definitely use them again.

Responsive, reliable, and great customer service. The measurements were done in home making this a unique/custom process. They work hard to ensure insurance make this a priority and gets it paid for. The do the leg work.

Rudest owner of a company I’ve ever dealt with. I have called and sent two letter for an explanation on an account. I finally sent a certified letter requesting an explanation of charges and why prior payments had not been credited to the account. He told me he was sick of being taken advantage of by the clients and having to bill their insurance companies. He ended up hanging up on me and saying I couldn’t be a customer with his business. Customer service really has an attitude! She actually said "Oh my god" to a question that was asked!! Who does that?! think if you're dealing with persons with disabilities you should have some better understanding and compassion for the population you are working with. Definitely will look for a new supply company

I was given the run around for almost a month !!!!! I ordered an item and about a week later I was sent something I'd never even heard of (much less something I had ordered). I let them know and they said they'd take care of it "ASAP"....

Purchased a bed alarm for my mother and it didn't work. When returning the alarm I was charged a 25% restocking fee because it was a "special order," even though it was defective. I had to contest the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. The owner as unethical & rude.

Disorganized, incompetent, unprofessional and irresponsible are just a few of the adjectives I will use after ordering a hospital bed from them. My father got discharged from a hospital over a month ago and we never did get a hospital bed from this company after getting numerous excuses. We are now going with another company after the last and final excuse. If you have a relative needing any sort of durable medical equipment then this is definitely NOT the patient's choice sort of company. Choose any other vendor and you will get better service!
