Had great customer service from a worker here named Tiffany, she greeted me with a bright smile and great information on the leasing process to help me decide! Definitely recommend having her give your tours! IMT LOWRY has such beautiful scenery and amenities aswell!

We have been living at IMT Lowry for one week. Moving into IMT Lowry has been an absolute pleasure from day one. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The shared spaces (pool, gym, etc.) are kept clean and are a joy to use. I think what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service. Anna and the entire team have gone above and beyond to make our move seamless and welcoming, even thinking specifically about our dog. The’ve been responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in ensuring we feel at home. From quick answers to every question to warm personal touches, their professionalism and kindness have made our first week here a wonderful experience. Even when there were some minor problems with appliances they were quickly fixed. We had been in touch with Anna for a couple of months before our move and ended up leasing the apartment solely based on her virtual tour. She helped us a lot, was professional, especially when there was a slight delay in our arrival from abroad. One week in, we can highly recommend IMT Lowry.

Very pleased with IMT Lowry. The entire team is great. Dmitri is very friendly, professional, and great with our dog! He and the rest of the maintenance team are very timely in completing maintenance requests. Tiffany, Anna and Greg have all met and exceeded our expectations and proven to us they value resident retention.

I have been living here since December 2024, previously lived 2 years at IMT Dayton, customer service has been great! The minor maintenance issues I've had, has been resolved in a timely manner. I really enjoy living here and I will continue if they keep this up!! Lol...Thank you for everything!!

I moved to IMT Lowry a little over a month ago and I can honestly say I am very happy here! This complex is very beautiful and the staff is very helpful. My move in went smoothly with the help of the office staff. The leasing ladies are so sweet and the maintenance/grounds are the best I have ever experienced. The pool is also very nice and clean every time I use it. Dakota, the maintenance manager, was very knowledgeable and professional and got my work orders completed very quickly. So far, I’ve had nothing but a great experience.

After touring nearly a dozen apartment complexes, IMT truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by every staff member. I had the pleasure of touring with Tiffany Young, who was incredibly kind, informative, and thorough. She answered all of my questions and gave me a great feel for the community. As a bonus, there were two food trucks outside for residents—such a fun touch! I even spoke with a few current residents, all of whom had glowing things to say. I'm excited to make IMT my new home!

Lived here for 3 years — finally leaving a review.
My husband and I have been residents at IMT Lowry for about three years. We’ve always paid rent on time, kept to ourselves, and respected the community. We’re writing this review not because we want to leave — in fact, we’d prefer to stay — but because the leasing office simply needs to do better.
We’ve had several issues over the years, but the most concerning by far is safety and how little the leasing staff seems to prioritize it.
Key issues:
• Our mail has been stolen multiple times, including important documents like a TABOR refund and our car registration. When I followed up with the post office, I was told our mail carrier had been robbed at gunpoint and that access to the mailboxes had been compromised. I posted a warning on the resident portal to alert our neighbors — the leasing office deleted it.
• A leasing agent once gave my package to the wrong resident (like, she opened a secure locker and handed it to another person). Not only did she try to give me someone else’s package when I tried to resolve this, she shrugged it off with, “We’re not responsible.” No apology, no solution - it’s written in the lease that they aren’t liable even if directly responsible.
• When another package was stolen and we asked the office to check camera footage then speak with whoever stole from us, we were told to “file a police report that won’t go anywhere.” No attempt to assist or even acknowledge the issue. Residents are required to pay for use of the mailroom, but management isn’t responsible for keeping it secure?
• We reported mold after spotting a mushroom growing from beneath the utility room door outside our unit. Maintenance’s solution? Lock the door. Months later, our adjoining wall turned yellow — and only after I cited tenant habitability laws did they finally address it. Until then, we’d been breathing in mold.
• After moving to a larger unit, it was clear the space hadn’t been properly turned over. We moved in to find dog hair, chewed-up blinds, nails and tacks all over the balcony, holes in the walls, and significant entryway damage (which we were told would not be fixed, so stop asking). The dryer didn’t work, and it took multiple requests to get it replaced. The painters not only did a sloppy job, they left tape over the fire sprinklers. We took down what we could, but the rest remained for weeks until I threatened to call the Denver Fire Department.
• Our neighbor’s apartment was broken into. A group of people kicked in the door, thinking no one was home, and tried to rob them. In response, we installed a Ring doorbell camera for safety — as others here have done. When we moved to a new unit, management updated our lease to specifically ban cameras. In a complex with ongoing safety issues, that decision feels retaliatory and tone-deaf.
Yes, the office staff is polite, but when it comes to serious issues like theft, mold, or resident safety, they are dismissive and unhelpful.

Bottom line: The complex isn’t all bad, but no apartment is worth sacrificing your safety or peace of mind. We’re sharing this hoping to have our concerns addressed (since they’ve been ignored or dismissed) and to help future renters make an informed decision.
