Pretty dumb how I get a Labor day coupon and it expires a day before Labor day. The service is cool but you guys need more incentives for people or start accepting food stamps some of these prices are outrageous.

I love Pine Melon! Giving my money to supermarket conglomerates is tiring. It’s refreshing to have a local option with great produce. I’m currently in grad school & working full time; delivery has been a blessing. Deliveries are always well within the timeframe, and they’ve only once forgot a bulb of garlic.

Good food, love the online farmer's market vibe. The shipping is extremely expensive and results in me shopping a lot less frequently with them. If I buy a $7 item because I need it for dinner tonight, by the time it's all said and done it will cost me nearly $15. A $15 tub of sour cream is insane. I would love for these quality and ethical products to be more accessible. Also frustrating to receive near daily emails and texts with coupons like "$40 of $100" "$20 off $90". I am not ever going to spend that much on groceries per week. I would prefer coupons like a traditional grocery store - like "tomatoes from x producer on sale for $2.99"

This is such a great grocery delivery service! I've been a customer for almost two years now, and I am so grateful to be connected with many local and organic products. The prices are reasonable, and customer service is 10/10.

We absolutely love using Pinemelon! We always get the freshest meat & local produce from here for an incredible price, but even more important than that- the customer service is truly top notch and keeps us re-ordering every time. I once accidentally ordered my Sunday groceries to my office address (25+ minutes away from my house), and our Pinemelon Driver, Chris, absolutely saved us by going back and picking our groceries back up so they wouldn’t be stolen as we raced our way to meet him. I truly couldn’t thank him enough, and couldn’t love Pinemelon more!!

Wow! I cannot believe how amazing Pinemelon is, it’s almost too good to be true!! I placed my first order yesterday and got my order this morning. Some of the best prices I’ve seen on organic produce in years!! Also having access to grass fed, locally raised beef!! The care that my order was fulfilled with is top notch. Everything organized so well, and double and triple bagged to ensure nothing breaks out of the bag. The highest quality produce picked by experts! I can tell! The kicker for me is where the delivery person placed the order outside my door so I could fully open the door and pick up everything. Often times I get deliveries and they place it right in front of my door where I can’t open the door! I am so thankful for Pine Melon and I cannot wait to order again!!

I adore the affordable prices and how to supports the local economy- plus it’s nice to get away from price gouging monopolies like Kroger and Walmart. The delivery is always on time and done with care, the customer service is so sweet and helpful and the produce is exceptionally fresh. Could not be happier!

PineMelon is my favorite grocery delivery in Denver and its not even a close competition; as silly as it may sound, Im someone who takes their groceries pretty seriously, and theyve stolen my heart.
I originally ordered months ago, though I cant remember how I even found out about them. All I do remember is the promo-penny deal at that time: got the Brunas Brazilian Cheese Bread frozen bites, for literally $0.01 when it’s a $10 product otherwise! Gotta love pão de queijo, and what an unbelievable deal!!
This was also when I discovered Gnarly Mountain cookies, which I literally preach to anyone who will listen. If you like root beer, PLEASE do yourself a favor and try the root beer float cookie. (You can thank me later.)
Also, their price on containers of organic blueberries is always so low!? I dont even understand how thats not just temporary promo pricing.
Then, in unfortunate times, was on a terribly restricted budget. I couldnt afford fees that come with delivery groceries, so had to stop ordering.
In a beautiful series of events, their community engagement manager (noting the months that had passed) reached out with a really generous discount code! I’d just gotten my first check after regaining employment, and I simply couldnt resist! So glad to see PineMelon on my front porch again :’) Reunited with my Root Beer Float cookie and I couldn’t be happier.

Such an awesome way to support local farms and businesses. I’ve used Pinemelon three times and have been impressed by the quality of items, variety of foods, and the ease of ordering. Each delivery has been right on time and well communicated. I have a family of 4 to feed and we can have all of our grocery needs met through Pinemelon!

THE TIPS YOU LEAVE WILL NOT REACH YOUR DELIVERY PERSON! ALL TIPS GOES TO THEM AND NOT DRIVERS! A DISGRACE! THEY DO NOT TREAT THEIR DRIVERS WELL!! I had my groceries delivered on time with the most efficient person and when I assured him that I was going to leave him a tip he said, unfortunately he does not get any of it. A disgrace. PLEASE, DO NOT LEAVE TIP, here you have cash to give the drivers directly let’s support them. The reason tips get out of control is because the establishments do not pay their employees. It is not their fault.
